If you are tired of buying cheap sneaks, splurge and get something nice here. 3. Tidy Store. Even though it was busy, shoes and clothing were never on the floor or out of place unless a customer was trying them on. Shoes were in the correct boxes and boxes were ordered logically which made it easy for me to find my size. Also they will order items from other stores and call you if their store doesn't have your size. 4. Love their 20% off sale. Makes justifying buying expensive products a bit easier. 5. Generous return policy where they let you try shoes indoors for 30 days which gives you time to know for sure if they will work for you. If you need to return, just bring items, packaging and receipt in for refund or exchange within the return timeframe. I had driven by many a time. I'm really glad I decided to stop in and shop. Didn't hear anything for a month, called 2/3/26, spoke w Kristen to check on progress, she said the owner was away and that someone would get back to me. On 2/15/26 the owner Kyle, called me, very apologetic, stating that when my items were done he would mail them to me free of charge & simply send an email w an invoice for me to pay for the services. 2 weeks have passed, I left a message this AM 3/2/26 to check on the progress again, bc I hadn't heard anything. No call back. I then called again at 3pm spoke with Kyle. He accused me of "bombarding him with phone calls" and said I had no right to "take attitude with him" regarding my items and proceeded to hang up on me. Other than today's phone call, I only called his business ONCE. He is ridiculous. He felt there was no need to inform me of the progress. Mind you, I never received any sort of receipt for my items when I dropped them off and at this point, was actually concerned that my items were lost. Kyle did not like my concern about this, however, after two months I do feel I have a right to know as a paying consumer. So, in closing I will never give this shop my business again and have also left a review with the BBB regarding this experience. So rude.

The girl working was behind the counter on her phone and immediately looked up at us and said "so, we close at six." We looked around a little bit but the girl stayed on her phone.
