Holy fuck! These are the best wings I've ever had! The crisp is the hear you can get in them and the flavors are amazing. Also had the straw hat pizza which was pretty damn good as well kinda like a supreme. Bartender was super nice. Made a Moscow mule that was as strong as flex seal on a set of butt cheeks! Highly recommend!! Will eat here again!

A wobbly 2 stars.... Staff are very welcoming and nice as there were no one in the store around 12-1pm today. However, the food itself tasted like... CRAP. I'm very lucky to have gotten it for free as it is almost my birthday. But would I come back and get it even if it was free?? I don't think I would.. Hurts me to say that I threw it away before finishing 20% of the small individual pizza with one topping..

Straw Hat's the Works Pizza: 2/5 I mean this pizza is better than Little Cesars Pizza. However, I'm comparing a $5 14- inch pizza to a $28 14-inch pizza. I wouldn't want to get this large or a small pizza for that amount of money. The taste is pretty bland even with the pepper and cheese. I find it a waste of money to get this UNLESS you have some good deal with it. Today they had a Large TUESDAY ONLY SPECIAL for 50% off, so I only get to pay $14 for their large 14-inch pizza. Other than that, I wouldn't come here again.

I wanted a Friday pizza to enjoy. I used to order straw hat pizza in the past it was good. Today the pizza taste like flat bread no real flavors with a skimpy amount of toppings and cheese. I might as well purchased a pizza from little Caesar's. These people to take cooking classes before they come to this country and sell us a skimpy ass expensive piece of flat bread with hardly any toppings! The Americans love cheese and big ass toppings not the shit on the bottom of the barrels bullshit!

I ordered online using Yelp Eat 24 and ordered two large pizzas (15 inches) with one being the Classic Veggie Pan Pizza ($20.99) and the other was Straw Hat's "The Works" Pan Pizza ($20.99). The estimated pick up was about 30 minutes so I waited until it was five minutes before my pick up to drive over. Parking was not a problem as there was plenty around the Plant. Inside, there were a few people eating and I didn't see anybody at the front. There was only one person in the back working and cooking. I waited a couple of minutes before she came out to ask what I needed. I told her I was there to pick up my order and she told me it would be another five minutes. I waited for another ten minutes and it still wasn't ready so I continued to wait. Apparently, there were two others on break that were just now coming back. I eventually paid for my pizzas and left. I felt that was a lot longer of a wait than it should have been. The Classic Veggie Pan Pizza was just okay but the Straw Hat's "The Works" Pan Pizza was great. I would definitely recommend the Straw Hat's "The Works" Pan Pizza if you want a lot of meat. I wouldn't mind coming back to try other pizzas on the menu.

The works Not what I was expecting, for something called the works

Won't be returning. I ordered the works and it barely had toppings. For what I paid, I expected more

    Italian Sub Sandwich
    Tayler K.

Ordered from DoorDash without checking Yelp first... my mistake. This was the only place open around 8:45pm on a Friday night that had what my boyfriend was craving, and Italian sub. And after waiting almost an hour for it, the "Italian sub" was just truly pathetic and hilarious. You know the diced toppings and meat you usually get on a pizza? Imagine that--tiny, diced meat an toppings--very stingily sprinkled inside of a sub roll. Please see the attached photo for details. We has also asked for mustard and pickles on the sandwich and they were not added. All that disappointment for $9.49. I got a chicken bacon ranch hot hat (essentially a calzone) which, in contrast, was stuffed with toppings... but mostly onions. Onion lovers only, onion haters need not apply. If you would not want to bite into a calzone and taste primarily red onions, this is not the menu item for you. The photo on DoorDash showed the hot hats with potato wedges; they came with a bag of Lays potato chips, and this item was $9.49 as well. Essentially... it's unlikely that I will be eating from here again.

Pizza was really good, service was great. Nice pizza parlor, not much for entertainment, however good for grabbing some pizzas to go.

For the sides: Regular fries, seasoned fries, chili cheese fries, tater tots, chili cheese tots, zucchini sticks. We usually end up with fries. Last time we tried the seasoned fries, which we were hoping and hoping that they weren't too seasoned, being that the wings already have lots of flavor. However, we were pleasantly surprised to a very subtle seasoning. Overall, we keep coming to this place for their consistency and finger licking good wings.

The employee was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the ordering process nice and easy. One thing I found out during my visit is that you can only choose one sauce per order. I was honestly a little bummed about that because there were several wing flavors I wanted to try. I didn't want to spend another $20 just to order a second batch of wings with a different sauce, especially since I was dining by myself. It would be great if there were an option to split an order between multiple sauces so customers could sample more of the menu. I ended up going with the Secret Sauce, and I'm glad I did. The sauce had a great balance of sweetness with a little kick, along with a noticeable garlic flavor that gave it some extra depth. It wasn't overwhelmingly spicy, but it had enough heat to keep things interesting. Combined with the crispy wings, the sauce made for a really satisfying bite. The wings themselves were crunchy on the outside, fresh, and cooked nicely. There was a bit of a wait for my order, most likely because there were quite a few DoorDash orders being prepared, but once my food arrived, everything was fresh and hot. The wait was worth it, especially when the wings came out with that crispy texture I was hoping for. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely come back. Next time, I'd bring a group so we could order several flavors and share. The friendly service, fresh wings, and flavorful Secret Sauce definitely gave me a reason to return. I'd give this place 5 stars if customers could choose multiple sauces in a single order. That one limitation is really the only thing keeping me from giving it the full five. If you're coming alone, you may have to commit to one flavor, but if you're with a group, you can turn the sauce situation into a full-on wing tasting. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.

The Good: Flavor: The Secret Sauce and Spicy flavors were both really good and well-executed. Portions: Very generous portions for the price. Value: The pricing feels reasonable for the amount of food you get. The Bad: The "Half & Half" Policy: You cannot actually split a whole chicken into two flavors. To get both the Secret Sauce and Spicy, I was forced to order two separate halves. This only saves you about $2, which basically just covers the cost of the extra flavor anyway. It is a frustrating policy. The Crunch: For Korean fried chicken, the texture was a massive letdown. Even for takeout, it completely lacked that signature, unforgettable crunch you get at Bonchon. Honestly, even Popeyes has a more satisfying bone-in crunch than this. I might give them another chance because the sauces were genuinely tasty, but if you are chasing that authentic, ultra-crispy KFC crunch, this isn't it.
