But lately whenever I shop there I barely save 20% maybe 25% max unless it is a product that is very close to its expiration date. There were a few shelves which were blocked by the carts the employees had with stock for the shelves so I wasn't able to get to them. Which was ok as I found myself looking at the other areas which I could access. As usual there were many items that I picked up. I was looking for a specific herb but the ones that were available were looking old and wilted. Oh well. It was a great shopping trip!

These selections included honey, olive oil, vinegar, syrups, mustard just to name a few. The worker, Reva (forgive me if I misspelled that), was attentive and kind. There were samples of specific popular flavors that I asked for and she was not only quick to get the samples, she was happy to help. She also is very knowledgeable when it came to upcoming sales and events that this place would have. I was happy to not only speak to her because she's nice, but she had a good understanding of what was popular, as well as any information that the company could give. I picked up a few items including the lavender infused local honey, honey mustard, and a little bag for my wife. This place is legit! If you're looking for wonderful accents to your kitchen or your dinner table or if you are going to go and visit friends for a little potluck and have no idea what to take, this is a place to visit. The whole place is bright so you can see everything clearly and all my questions were answered regarding gifting as well as pricing. Is it really that hard to have two ingress points into the store? The staff is mostly friendly, and I'll give them credit for that, but there are also employees who couldn't care less about their jobs, and it can be extremely frustrating, to put it lightly. He went above and beyond ensuring we were satisfied with what we were getting. After trying a few samples, we narrowed down our options to pollo in salsa verde, and birria; both plates came with rice, beans, fresh homemade tortillas and additional toppings such as salsa and cheese. The plates were generously proportioned and I was confident this would be a major hit on wedding day. We even inquired about him providing a bartending service (2 bartenders) and cake cutting. He was very reasonable and happy to get the job done and whatever else was needed. The wedding day came and Juan arrived on time with his team ready to go. They had the food prepared in aluminum trays and kept them warmed ready to be served at dinner. The pollo in salsa verde and birria were excellent in quality and taste. We were overwhelmed with so many compliments on how great the food was, many of which came from very experienced Mexican cooks. Speaking to that customer service, let's not have self checkout before 11 am. It's rude, especially to you 1 person checker who must hear complaints about that all the time. And what about the water refill station, that most times the inspections, change of filters are seriously out of date, more importantly, the water runs out. What to do, corporate entities are far removed from accountability. The cash registers malfunction, making purchases impossible. Time for the corporate personell to go into the stores themselves instead of sitting behind a computer.
