We enjoyed ourselves here! Once we found it based on the navigation of one of my brother-in-laws (insert eye roll). Enjoyed the fun ambiance and creative artwork and the meal we shared. Thanks Stray Cat for serving us not only great food and service but a lasting memory!

Super good food for a good price! Went here for happy hour (2$ off regular beer and wine). I got the blackberry cider (super good). Love the options for the burger /sandwiches (all cat themed) and you can chose beef/chicken/vegan Patties. The menu also boasts some quesadilla/nachos/salads Very good for the price and it's definitely your typical bar food. The fries were good (sweet potatoes a bit soggy). And there was a kids menu! Lots of families come by this strip mall area it seems like. I'd love to come back for some good decent burgers. The service was also amazing, the waiter was attentive and speedy. Food also came out very quickly (we went on a slower weekday night).

Came here for an early lunch. Service was prompt and quick. He got us seated right away which was nice! I ordered the calico burger with French fries. It was amazing. I highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood stopping in here for a bit to eat. The overall restaurant decor was great and its mission is also awesome. Will return!

Very nice place, good food, and nice people... but it is on the pricey side for a casual restaurant in my opinion... either way, it is still worth a try. The artwork on the walls is awesome as well, and looks similar to their sister restaurant, Lost Dog. Both good restaurants in their own way, and they complement each other well (Lost Dog and Stray Cat)....

I post up here to work all the time during the week and it's perfect for it: chill vibe, comfortable, easy to settle in for a few hours and actually get things done. The food is genuinely good across the board. I haven't ordered a single thing I regretted. Drinks are on point too, and the hookah rounds it all out. It's the rare place that nails all three. The staff is what really seals it. Friendly every time, they make you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. And the range is what makes it special. During the week it's a laid-back work-and-relax spot, but on the weekend it turns up into a whole vibe. Same place, two moods, both excellent. If you're looking for somewhere to grind solo or link up with people later, this is it. Highly recommend.

Everything started out great. Our hostess was nice and offered a variety of menu options. The ambiance was great and the restaurant was clean. We couldn't wait until Friday to see how livelier it would become. I ordered from the appetizer menu so that I could try a variety of items. The food was decent except the slider. Unfortunately my burger wasn't seasoned at all but everything else was good. Unfortunately this is where things turn. We all received our food except one person in our group. His food didn't arrive until after we received our checks. He didn't wasn't to eat while we waited and have everyone uncomfortably watch, so he asked the hostess to box the meal up. Someone asked why he had to pay full price plus service charge for something he received extremely late, and the response was that he got his water for free. We asked to speak to the manager and sadly he was too busy to address the issue. Not sure if this just a common practice up north but we didn't like the treatment of our coworker. We decided we would try another recommended spot, hopefully with better service.

While a scramble sounds simple on paper, it is easy to overcook the vegetables. This one was executed perfectly, with every vegetable done just right. The thin-sliced potatoes were highly seasoned and stood out, moving away from the standard, heavy breakfast spuds you get at most places. The presentation across the board was excellent. The latte arrived with a nice touch--a small side cookie and a club soda to cleanse the palate, which shows a level of intentionality you don't always find. The staff members were incredibly friendly and gracious from start to finish. With fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable environment, it is an ideal spot to get some quality laptop time. It's a great addition to the local lineup.

We were told we could sit at the bar or outside, but when we asked for one of the open tables, we were denied because they were "reserved for parties of three." That just doesn't make sense. We're still paying customers, ready to order food and drinks. Denying service like that--especially with empty tables in plain sight--feels unnecessary and rigid. I even asked twice, hoping for a little flexibility, but the answer didn't change. I work in the service industry, and this is exactly the kind of situation where you make an exception or use some common sense. Instead, it felt like policy over hospitality. Really disappointing experience for a place I was excited to try.

I had the brisket hash for my entree, and although I was already stuffed at this point, the few bites I had were incredible. It reheated well the next day too! My friend really enjoyed her biscuits and gravy. Their portion sizes are LARGE, so come with an appetite. Our waitress was very kind and service moved smoothly despite them being super busy that day. Both times we've gone, it was during their happy hour, which runs until 7 pm, and we stuck to the special menu. Those have included their Charcuterie Board (something that contributed to Dr. Oz not being a senator), crispy Brussels sprouts, their Margarita flatbread, chicken skewers, and truffle fries. Don't hate us; that was spread over two visits. Everything tasted great, though next time I think we'll graduate to the real menu. The wines we've tried so far were either inexpensive or not bad. For inexpensive, I've had glasses of their $3 Tempranillo. While it wasn't great, I've paid a lot re for much worse. For "not bad", my wife had the $10 Buehler Cab. After it opened up for a bit it was quite drinkable.

Well seasoned with a good crunch. The steak and cheese for me was a mixed bag...I saw my food coming and was dumbfounded by how big the bread was, and I didn't see any meat popping out. Pulled the sandwich open and saw what little meat I got. For $12.95, I feel a little ripped off. Especially when places like The Broiler and George's Steak and Things offer similar prices with an astoundingly higher meat in the meat to bread ratio. What little of the meat was available was delicious. I wish I had gotten a sub-$13 worth, not barely $7.65. Not sure I could come back. With how much I paid, it felt like a diminished return.
