We enjoyed ourselves here! Once we found it based on the navigation of one of my brother-in-laws (insert eye roll). Enjoyed the fun ambiance and creative artwork and the meal we shared. Thanks Stray Cat for serving us not only great food and service but a lasting memory!

Super good food for a good price! Went here for happy hour (2$ off regular beer and wine). I got the blackberry cider (super good). Love the options for the burger /sandwiches (all cat themed) and you can chose beef/chicken/vegan Patties. The menu also boasts some quesadilla/nachos/salads Very good for the price and it's definitely your typical bar food. The fries were good (sweet potatoes a bit soggy). And there was a kids menu! Lots of families come by this strip mall area it seems like. I'd love to come back for some good decent burgers. The service was also amazing, the waiter was attentive and speedy. Food also came out very quickly (we went on a slower weekday night).

Came here for an early lunch. Service was prompt and quick. He got us seated right away which was nice! I ordered the calico burger with French fries. It was amazing. I highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood stopping in here for a bit to eat. The overall restaurant decor was great and its mission is also awesome. Will return!

Very nice place, good food, and nice people... but it is on the pricey side for a casual restaurant in my opinion... either way, it is still worth a try. The artwork on the walls is awesome as well, and looks similar to their sister restaurant, Lost Dog. Both good restaurants in their own way, and they complement each other well (Lost Dog and Stray Cat)....

I post up here to work all the time during the week and it's perfect for it: chill vibe, comfortable, easy to settle in for a few hours and actually get things done. The food is genuinely good across the board. I haven't ordered a single thing I regretted. Drinks are on point too, and the hookah rounds it all out. It's the rare place that nails all three. The staff is what really seals it. Friendly every time, they make you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. And the range is what makes it special. During the week it's a laid-back work-and-relax spot, but on the weekend it turns up into a whole vibe. Same place, two moods, both excellent. If you're looking for somewhere to grind solo or link up with people later, this is it. Highly recommend.

We couldn't wait until Friday to see how livelier it would become. I ordered from the appetizer menu so that I could try a variety of items. The food was decent except the slider. Unfortunately my burger wasn't seasoned at all but everything else was good. Unfortunately this is where things turn. We all received our food except one person in our group. His food didn't arrive until after we received our checks. He didn't wasn't to eat while we waited and have everyone uncomfortably watch, so he asked the hostess to box the meal up. Someone asked why he had to pay full price plus service charge for something he received extremely late, and the response was that he got his water for free. We asked to speak to the manager and sadly he was too busy to address the issue. Not sure if this just a common practice up north but we didn't like the treatment of our coworker. We decided we would try another recommended spot, hopefully with better service.

My boyfriend and I both had a surprisingly hard time finding something we actually wanted to order, which doesn't happen to us often lol. Our server, Jaslene, was SO sweet though! She was very attentive, friendly and honestly one of the best parts of our experience. The restaurant itself is also really cute. I loved the decor and furniture and it definitely has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food just didn't match the price point for us. For what we paid, I expected the quality to be much better and neither of us thought the food was all that good. Cute place and great service, but between the limited menu, pricing and food quality, I personally don't see us returning.

While a scramble sounds simple on paper, it is easy to overcook the vegetables. This one was executed perfectly, with every vegetable done just right. The thin-sliced potatoes were highly seasoned and stood out, moving away from the standard, heavy breakfast spuds you get at most places. The presentation across the board was excellent. The latte arrived with a nice touch--a small side cookie and a club soda to cleanse the palate, which shows a level of intentionality you don't always find. The staff members were incredibly friendly and gracious from start to finish. With fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable environment, it is an ideal spot to get some quality laptop time. We were told we could sit at the bar or outside, but when we asked for one of the open tables, we were denied because they were "reserved for parties of three." That just doesn't make sense. We're still paying customers, ready to order food and drinks. Denying service like that--especially with empty tables in plain sight--feels unnecessary and rigid. I even asked twice, hoping for a little flexibility, but the answer didn't change. I work in the service industry, and this is exactly the kind of situation where you make an exception or use some common sense. Instead, it felt like policy over hospitality. Really disappointing experience for a place I was excited to try.

Well seasoned with a good crunch. The steak and cheese for me was a mixed bag...I saw my food coming and was dumbfounded by how big the bread was, and I didn't see any meat popping out. Pulled the sandwich open and saw what little meat I got. For $12.95, I feel a little ripped off. Especially when places like The Broiler and George's Steak and Things offer similar prices with an astoundingly higher meat in the meat to bread ratio. What little of the meat was available was delicious. I wish I had gotten a sub-$13 worth, not barely $7.65. Not sure I could come back. With how much I paid, it felt like a diminished return. It only took a quick 10 minutes to receive our entire order, which was 3 burgers, a crispy fried chicken sandwich, loaded fries, and 2 milkshakes! I was very happy with how efficient the service was and the most important part, how delicious every bite was! The smashburgers are made with 100% halal beef and they come out HOT with perfectly crispy edges on the patties and a juicy center. We ordered 3 burgers and each of them stood out in their own way. You can get a single, double, or triple patty burger and add whatever toppings to it too. The jalapeño burger was the star of the show, it had a such a nice and spicy kick to it. I wasn't expecting much but this burger had HEAT! Another favorite was the Juicy Lucy. It was packed with grilled onions and the patty was stuffed with cheddar cheese. A super messy and cheesy option that was definitely worth every bite! I liked that Jon's Joint offered other options too such as loaded fries and fried chicken sandwiches. What I found unique is that for the loaded fries, you can get it with falafel and make it spicy! This time, they had run out of the falafel so I am excited to try it next time. If you're in Arlington and craving a casual burger spot, you need to go to Jon's Joint. You'll get quick service and a delicious meal!
