Cafe Kindred is a delightful, British inspired gem that perfectly blends a fun atmosphere with friendly and efficient service. I absolutely loved the fruity pebble pancakes, and the vegetable scramble was equally delicious. We also enjoyed a couple of iced lattes that complemented our meal perfectly. The café's layout is charming, with the front half dedicated to breakfast and a cool, fully stocked bar in the back. It's a community oriented spot where regulars visit multiple times a week, and they host live music once a month, adding to the vibrant vibe. Plus, with free parking available, it's an easy choice for a great breakfast experience.

I visited Cafe Kindred for breakfast and caffeine. I was excited to see that they have scratch-made Corned Beef Hash on the menu - so I ordered that, and a cold brew with Half n' Half. Got the cold brew right away. Went and found a table and waited for my food. The inside of the place is super cool Love the ambiance! The food came out in about 10 minutes or so. The Corned Beef Hash comes with two eggs and toast. I dug in - I was somewhat disappointed. The corned beef was very tender - but the potatoes and the dish overall needed seasoning - and salt. I added some salt and black pepper to try and amp up the flavor profile. The potatoes in the dish needed to be crispier as well. The eggs were cooked nicely - a bit of yolk to mix into the rest of the dish. The cold brew was tasty. There are a number of other interesting breakfast items on their menu - so I need to return next time I am in the area to sample some of the other menu items. Service was good. Paid with Apple Pay. #CafeKindred

Went to Kindred recently and it was an okay experience. It's a comfy cozy vibe and the warm atmosphere is good for brunch time. Would give it a 3.5/5 if I could, but I'll give them a little bump up because the service and overall experience was pleasant. The food there overall is okay. I enjoyed the Reuben - it was a juicy burger and paired well with the thousand island island dressing. It was a bit greasy but worth the slight mess. Fries were standard. The French toast isn't worth ordering since it's standard bread without any filling or toppings aside from a small dusting of powdered sugar. The cafe and drinks themselves are very cute! If you're eating in you get a small cookie and a little cup of sparkling water with your coffee. I ordered the raspberry mocha, which was delicious and tasted like a dark chocolate-covered raspberry and had the perfect level of sweetness. The vanilla latte is not too special but still delicious. However, skip the affogato-wich. It's just half of an ice cream sandwich in a glass with espresso and left me disappointed. The service was great with really friendly staff that looked like they were having a good time. They helped keep the vibes easygoing and relaxed! I haven't tried their cocktails and bar, so can't say anything on that.

Cozy place to go with a friend or family for a weekend brunch! Lots of options for whether you need a bigger meal or want to go with something lighter, and plenty of things both adults and kids can get into. Order at the counter and the friendly staff bring our your items.

Delicious croissants and brunch served all day! I've been here a handful of times over the past few years and enjoy coming for brunch especially on the weekdays. The classic Croissant Egg and Cheese sandwich is delicious! The croissant is flaky and the simple sandwich is well made. My hubby loves the buttery flaky croissant bacon and cheese sandwich. Home Fries are crispy and delicious, and a perfect side to pair with the Croissant Egg and Cheese sandwich! Hubby enjoyed the Biscuits and Gravy especially the gravy. The Eggs and Vegetable Scramble with buttered Toast was okay, I'm not a big fan of the eggs. It's a bummer than the restaurant stopped serving the Veggie Sandwich with eggplant, goat cheese, spinach, and tomato spread on multi-grain bread. It was bursting with flavor and the ingredients blended well together. The decadent pastries are fun to try, the chocolate croissant and apple cinnamon roll are scrumptious! The mimosas with fresh OJ are pretty tasty and well worth the $5. I wasn't a big fan of the apple sangria. My hubby enjoys the cappuccinos topped with a cute heart and a cool design! It gets packed on the weekends, so be prepared to wait and scour for a table like a hawk. The service can be slow and may forget parts of your order. Week days are the best time to come and enjoy coming back!

Super cool, small, hip place with a funky Brit vibe inside. Busy on the weekends, the friendly staff we place our order at the counter first, abd then grab a table when they opened up. We got a high top with cozy chairs flanked by guitars on the walls. I had a chai latte, just a touch sweet, aromatic, in a nice mug. The avocado toast is great. Not too filling. If you are a fan of poached eggs, these are about perfect. Actually, I didn't ask, but I believe they are coddled. Soft but not runny. Magic. Other half had the corned beef hash. Legit corned beef! And reported a very flavorful tomato soup. Place sits on the ground floor of a high rise with garage parking underneath

Such a great spot! We stopped in for breakfast on a snowy day a few weeks ago. I've heard they're normally packed but we lucked out going on a snow day. The lattes were excellent (and they pair it with a cookie! And palate cleanser.) I had avocado toast, by boyfriend had one of the egg dishes with ham and potatoes. Both were great. We will absolutely be back.

We stopped in on our way out of town! Had no idea what to expect but just wanted a good coffee and some breakfast. I wish we weren't in a hurry because I certainly could have stayed longer! Definitely would recommend.

Nice place! Inside has a chill homey vibe--seems good for doing work, catching up with friends, or grabbing a quick drink. The area is spacious and has various seating options. I ordered a kid's grilled cheese which I thought was tasty and a good deal. I also got an iced chai which was better than the average chai. Good spot overall!

I have been to Café kindred many times. I like the vibe of the place and enjoy the decorations/interior. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Orders are placed at the counter where they give you a number and they bring your food and drinks to the table for you, they also have takeout. I have tried the breakfast sandwiches in the past and they were solid. During this visit, I asked the employee at the counter what her favorite items were and chose one of those, being the chili tot poutine. I also ordered a cappuccino with vanilla. The espresso drinks are always solid here, they are served with a sidecar (sparkling water) and a shortbread cookie. The chili tot poutine was disappointing, the chili and tots were barely lukewarm, just a scattering of some shredded cheese that was barely noticeable, not much flavor, I wouldn't order it again. The shortbread cookies are absolutely delicious! I always purchase a bag of them every time I visit. This trip, I also purchased a snickerdoodle cookie and a mini lemon poppyseed loaf. I was excited to try both of these items as they are a couple of my favorite baked treats, however both were disappointing. The snickerdoodle lacked the signature cinnamon flavor, and I honestly had to check my receipt to verify that the mini loaf was lemon poppyseed because you can't taste the lemon at all.

The place is really adorable and cozy inside but the food is not great. Orders the chilli poutine and a cold brew. The cold brew was just some home brew coffee in a jug they poured out. It was fine. The chili poutine came out really quick and was a tiny size. It really lacked any flavor even with the addition of copious amounts of ketchup. Overall disappointed by the food but if I were in the area, would stop by for another coffee.

Love the rock n roll bathroom collage and the food isn't too bad either! Get lemonade not juice bottle and a cappuccino not the drip coffee. Popular place, for good reason!

Love the ambience here! Cafe in the front, bar in the back. They have a full brunch cocktail list, and weekends are laptop free! Baristas and staff were very nice, and my cold brew and breakfast sandwich came out pretty quick. The sandwich was pretty good but I can't say it stood out. The presentation though matched the aesthetic which I found to be pretty charming. If you're into hip local cafes then I'd say it's worth your time.

A couple of years ago, I visited this restaurant and they had the most amazing vegan roasted cauliflower soup. I've been back a few times since but the soup wasn't offered. Is there a day when they have this soup?

Someone asked why he had to pay full price plus service charge for something he received extremely late, and the response was that he got his water for free. We decided we would try another recommended spot, hopefully with better service.
