Dr. Lotsu and his team have made what is usually described as one of the most unpleasant screening procedures as professional and as "good" as it could possibly be. The most discomfort I felt was from having to go a day without eating and I was so freakin' hungry. The prep wasn't even bad - the taste was fine. The exorcism of the demons wasn't that bad either - I was expecting an intestinal terrorist attack, but it really wasn't horrible and it was over in an hour. Dr. Lotsu personally called me with the results later in the day and explained everything to me. He is very professional but also very personable. If I have anything un-positive to say or any suggestions for improvement, it would be that I expected to be 5 pounds lighter this morning, and the weight loss was only 1.4.... and that pillow was super comfortable - I could have slept for another hour or two.
