After multiple visits to various car dealerships in the KC area and while searching the internet with all the popular car buying sites, I literally stumbled on to the lot at Molle Volkswagen to look at their inventory. What a true blessing.Their inventory offered me several great options for a used Atlas, with affordable prices in comparison to other like vehicles. After my conversation with Mr. Hawkins, and with the assistance of Mr. Kevin Wilson, their Finance Manager I was provided with several alternatives to include buying and leasing. Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Wilson were very patient and provided me with answers to all of my questions. I can not say enough complimentary words as to their courtesy, professionalism and for their letting me drive the conversation rather than 'push' me toward a hasty decision. I appreciated Mr. Hawkins thoroughly explaining all the features on the various Atlases; as well as the various options for purchasing and leasing. His candidness and commitment to the buyer rather than to the 'sale' was a breath of fresh air. It is rare to find dealerships that allow their sales representatives to work with customers on their terms with transparency and no surprises. If you want a low pressure, professional and fun experience I highly recommend Molle and Eric. However If you need to deal with their Title/Registration Supervisor expect a completely different experience, no customer service, no professionalism. The lot is locked and there are no keys we weren't gonna take anything but werw treated like we were. And as we were leaving we noticed the one lady smoking in the building. The Omaha dealership was going to charge me $160 for programming a new fob (which doesn't even include the $350 key itself nor the emergency cutout)!!! Luckily I called up Infiniti KC since we were going to be in the area for Valentine's Day Weekend. Dave Grooms helped me to get an appointment set up. He also managed to get my oil changed when I did come in even though originally he said no promises since it was a busy Friday afternoon. The key programming service cost half of what Infiniti Omaha was going to charge me--KC has a former Mercedes Benz employee working for them who is familiar with the QX30 keys so they only charged for a half hour. Service was prompt and we were met with great company and humor to help take my mind off the hefty bill of losing my set of keys!!!! If it were possible, I'd have given this place 6 stars!

After literally arguing with the shop owner over the window I got it replaced. Then a couple days later there was a noise that got louder over a few more days. So I called Infiniti talked to Preston, after I dropped the car off they called back in a timely manner telling me what was wrong with the car. Seeing as it was going to be a couple days worth of waiting on parts and getting it fixed Preston was able to get my wife a loner car which saved us so much stress. When we got it back I took it for a drive and this car drove amazing! It Handled great and sounded so quiet, like new again. 2012 G37x and I just love this car, from now on I will be dealing with Preston over here from now on.. Thanks Again Preston

I would suggest the dealership be more observant. I guess that goes for me too. I'm glad I don't live any further away, and also glad I noticed this when I did, instead of thinking everything was fine and getting stopped. I don't do things wrong to cause tickets, and this would be awful. I'm sure this will work out fine, but I have a weird feeling about it. I will update this after Saturday. My advice, when you get a new car, check the date of the temporary plates before leaving the lot.

At the end of July, I spoke with Toytech regarding repairs to my vehicle. Initially, I was told…read morethey would be willing to look at it but were quite busy at the moment. I explained that I travel for work and asked if I could schedule to have the vehicle towed in for repairs. They stated they were too busy and I would need to wait until the end of August before they could fit me into the schedule. I asked if I could bring the vehicle in so it would be there when they had an opening, in case I was out of town and was told no. I called several times during August in an attempt to schedule the vehicle for repairs, but my voicemails were never returned. Today, someone finally answered the phone. I was told that they would not be able to look at my vehicle for at least two weeks then came back stating they would not work on my car. I wish they had said they did not want my business when I first approached them in July instead of waiting almost 2 months. I understand if they are busy, but they put me off, then did not return my calls eventually telling me no. Very poor customer service. My vehicle is an older model. I get the impression that they did not want to deal with it.
