Located in Santee. Plenty of parking. Ordered the pork eggs rolls, salt and pepper wings, rare steak pho, and combination fried rice. The food was good but the wings were a little dry and they added way too much cilantro into the pho. The service was very good. They were on top of the orders and the food came out quick. Inside the restaurant was clean. If I was in Santee and had a craving for Pho, I would come here.

I was staying nearby and stopped in here for an early dinner. It was located in the Town Center Parkway Plaza on the west side of Cuyamaca St, just north of the 52 freeway. After looking over their menu, I ordered the P1 Signature phở đặc biệt which included oxtail, shank, flank, and brisket. It seemed pricey at first for a bowl of pho, but it was a big bowl, a hearty portion. Food was good and so was the service. It was a solid spot.

Pho was very tasty! Got the one with oxtail, flank and brisket. Interestingly, this spot doesn't have tripe and tendon. Overall the staff was friendly and enthusiastic! Definitely worth a stop in you are in the area!!

To start the food was absolutely amazing, my husband and I both ordered the brisket pho and it has to be the best I've had! The staff were all so kind and helpful and we got our food in record time. The kitchen's choice of music was top tier and wish it was louder ! We will definitely be back!

8/15/2025 - my second time and no issues. Wonderful people and the food was excellent. Had the veggie spring rolls. I didn't like the sauce it came with. Ordered the wong ton special soup and the V4. Grilled Pork. Both came out smoking hot. Both tasted very will. I went with a party of 2. Highly recommend. One down side they need to bring the appetizer out before the main dish. The dishes here are amazing. The pho noodles broth was flavorful and sides were fresh. I ordered the Pho dac biet which has all the meats. Egg rolls were perfectly crisp. Very friendly service. The place is very clean and decor is nice. The soft music was pleasant. Shall return.

This place is a hidden gem in Santee. Came here several times with my family. The moment you walked in, they greet you with a warm smile. You can smell the aroma of home cooked pho from the kitchen. We usually order beef pho. The broth is delicious and you can taste the the freshness of the broth and the tenderness of the beef. The staff is always friendly and treat you like a valued customer. The service is fast and the food is always delicious. Bobby who is the part owner and cook cones out and greets customers. He asks how everything is and chats with customers. Atmosphere is relaxing and feels welcoming.

One of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to! Instead of ordering pho (since I'm so picky with pho, I didn't want to risk it), I ordered the rice vermicelli noodles with grilled chicken, grilled beef, grilled shrimp and egg rolls. I asked that the egg rolls be vegetarian since I don't eat pork. The dish was DELICOUS!! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My friends also loved their selections, including the grilled beef banh mi, egg rolls and pho. I definitely will return to try the other dishes with confidence.

Do yourself a huge favor and eat here. Just do it. The good is amazing, and the owners are so incredibly nice. Even my picky kids will eat the fried rice, and enjoy the kids chicken pho. The fried tofu is amazing (and I don't usually eat tofu), and the chicken wings! We've tried a few different things and have not been disappointed. Seriously, eat here. Oh, also - their bathroom is one of the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I think I've ever seen. Was so nice walking my kids in the restroom to wash their hands haha. Santee doesn't have a lot of vegan options yet, but this place has best vegan bahn mi I've ever had! I ordered a vegan pho to go and they packaged it perfectly. The veggies were blanched just enough, the tofu stayed firm, and the broth was rich and had a nutmeggy taste that is SO good! read more

We love this spot! We have been here a handful of times already. So far I've had their grilled pork vermicelli, Bo Kho (Beef Stew), Bo Luc Lac (Shaken beef) and my husband had their special pho, eggrolls, and my parents had their grilled pork chop rice plate. We loved our food every single time we came! I'm actually craving their food as I'm typing this up right now lol. One thing that stood out to us was their staff, they were all soooo nice! Wow wow wow! A must try! This family owned small restaurant is a hidden gem in Santee. The owners were kind and courteous, and we were able to get our meal out really quickly. The food was delicious and you can ask for recommendations, they will accommodate any substitutions. I was craving some Pho and decided to try this place out. First off, the staff here was awesome and super friendly. They gave me a quick overview of their dishes and made recommendations on what I should try. I went with the Sizzling Combination pate and their wings... OH. MY. GAWD. The flavor profiles were awesome (I tried to get them to tell me what they dusted their wings with) and the beef on the sizzling platter was delish! Soooo good! Was craving pho on a rainy night and thought we'd give this place a try. Cute little place. It got a little busy with people coming in for to go orders after we sat down, but we didn't wait too long to place our order. We ordered the classic spring rolls and egg rolls to start, which were all very good. My husband got the short rib pho so he can do a comparison to the last pho place we went to that has it. He said we could come back here, so that's a good sign. I got the seafood pho which came with 3 pieces of shrimp, imitation crab and calamari, which was chewy, in my opinion. My 13 y.o. got the chicken pho. He said the chicken was a dry and he wanted more noodles. The serving size was just right for my husband and I. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than some places, but overall we enjoyed our dinner and left very satisfied. read more

This place is a must try for everyone. Unfortunate some complain about pricing but you get what you pay for. Personally I don't mind spending an extra dollar or two if the quality is better. The quality is way better than the other pho restaurants in the area. The egg rolls and chicken wings are a must try as well. A+++++ all around. Shout out to Bobby the owner for recommending his go to items on the menu. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Oxtail, Short Rib Pho are not the standard offerings at most Viet restaurants so it had to be ordered once seen. Portions were surprisingly generous (not complaining), offered plenty of veggie additions to add to your liking. Like others have posted, a juice box was offered to my child and we finished off our meal with a house jello. Service provided was extremely friendly, attentive to the customer while not hovering around. Would definitely recommend to try this spot out! read more

Food was fresh & tastes authentic. I got the pho beef soup. The broth was amazing was not sweet, which was a plus, although I didn't care for the thinly sliced beef slices but it still tasted great. We were greeted right away and food did not take that long at all. I just wish they had some type of wine or a beer while we wait. Overall, it was a great experience and very relaxing. read more

I came into the restaurant on Saturday evening about 6:30 to have dinner. The restaurant is small and there were a few others seated but there were open tables. The restaurant was unpretentious and informal but for a small family place that was perfectly fine. After being seated I was presented with the menu and ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew and the Egg Rolls as an appetizer. The service was very good as the food came out quickly. The egg rolls were crispy but very tasty with small shrimp and pork as well as cabbage. The Beef Stew came in a large bowl that was filled with a meaty beef broth and plenty of Beef Stew meat. It was a little spicy but very good. The food was delicious. My only complaint with this restaurant and why I am not giving it a 5th star was that if you eat in the restaurant the seats were uncomfortable as there were no cushions on the chairs or booths. Other than that I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back. If I could have I would give them 4.5 stars but there are no half star ratings on Yelp. read more

Wow! Streets Pho & Grill is a newer Pho spot in Santee. It's in the same complex as Chuze Fitness. Plenty of parking! Service is fast and friendly. The inside is clean with plenty of seating. And the soup is fresh, broth is delicious and the spring rolls are a standout for me. So fresh and the crunch. Peanut sauce is also the best. Try it out! read more

My wife and I were really surprised at how high many of the ratings are. Our usual spot is Pho Van but since they are closed Wednesdays, we decided to give this place a try. I am not exaggerating when I say they gave us the driest chicken we have ever had in our lives. It was more like jerky, and also had probably no seasoning. Might try the Pho sometime, but definitely do not recommend their grilled chicken plate. Pho Van down the street is more affordable and they've never disappointed. read more

The staff were so kind, absolutely incredible broth. Rich yet light. Came out really fast. Owner suggested mixing hoisin and the chili oil and keeping it on the side to dip the meat in, definitely the move as the broth is so incredible you don't want to take away from the natural flavor. 10/10 recommend even on a hot day read more

You have to try this place!!! The prices are a couple dollars more than most places but it's worth it! This has become my favorite place to get egg roll vermicelli, it's the best I've ever tried. The egg rolls are very crispy which is not common sadly in most restaurants when you order a vermicelli bowl and they add fried onions on top too. The sauce is amazing as well! Rant over lol you have to try it! read more

The place was clean, but they were mopping and floor was a bit slippery. The pizza was teenager approved, but the adults felt like it needed more sauce and/or cheese. Overall, decent wings but I would not go out of my way to come here.

Even the sweet tea wasn't very sweet, which feels like a miss for a place that leans into Southern-style food. I really don't know why kids love Cane's so much. There are so many other places that serve chicken that tastes way better and offer more variety. Honestly, KFC feels like a better bang for the buck, which says a lot. Maybe it's just the hype machine working overtime, but for me this one didn't live up to it.

We've really enjoyed coming in, especially on weekends with the family. The only reason he says he won't come back is because there's no malt vinegar available. He mentioned that most fish and chip shops usually offer it, and for him it's part of the full experience. I even offered to bring our own, but he's still pretty set on it. Just wanted to pass along the suggestion because we genuinely love the food and would love to keep bringing the whole family in. Hopefully malt vinegar is something the shop might consider adding!

You don't put the burden back on your customer because the software you use is messed up. Won't be coming back.

He even takes the time to educate us on how to properly enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, especially pho. On one visit, Sean had the oxtail pho, and we were blown away by the depth of the broth. It was so flavorful that there was no need to add any extra ingredients--simply perfect as it was. I opted for the beef vermicelli, and it was equally impressive. The veggies were super fresh, and the beef slices were cooked to perfection, with just the right thickness. They also didn't skimp on the portions, which we appreciated. On another occasion, we tried the beef stew with baguette, and it was divine. The beef was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and hearty, definitely not watered down. We also had the sizzling combination, which includes egg, pork meatball, beef, and cow cheese, all served with a baguette. It was absolutely delicious. We also can't forget to mention the pork patty rolls. They were a perfect appetizer--so good and crunchy. Definitely another great option besides the fresh spring rolls. Every time we visit, Bobby welcomes us with his infectious enthusiasm and friendliness. The entire staff, including his business partners, cooks, and other staff members, are just as wonderful. Streets Pho & Grill in the Santee Town Center is an absolute must-try! We had an incredible meal and were delighted with every dish. The star of the show was the oxtail soup--it was truly delicious, rich, and so satisfying. We also couldn't get enough of the salt and pepper chicken wings, which were perfectly crisp, seasoned just right, and utterly addictive. Just discovered this restaurant when browsing for Vietnamese food. This spot is top tier, featuring the crispiest wings in the west! My family loved the beef stew, oxtail pho, and banh mi. Service was great and the vibes were cool. Definitely recommend it for lunch and dinner. read more
