    P5 - Rare steak pho
    Juliana C.

We were in Santee running errands and visited Streets on a Saturday night. When we arrived it was fairly busy, tables full, but no customers waiting yet. We were seated along the wall which had booth seating, which I prefer. For drinks I ordered a Thai tea no boba and the hubs a coke. We order the following items for dinner: Appetizers - - Crispy egg rolls - with pork (4 pieces) - served with veggies and fish sauce, these were tasty. - Salt pepper chicken wings - (8 pieces) they were a tad over fried but flavor was good. - Spring rolls - (2 pieces) with pork and shrimp, we ordered these Togo. Hubs enjoyed these for a late evening snack. Entrees - - Combination fried rice - chicken, shrimp and cha siu (Chinese bbq pork) I liked the flavoring of the fried rice - it was not bland, but I did mix in a tiny bit of hoisin sauce. - Pho rare steak - overloaded with green onions and cilantro. We always order pho but I really wasn't feeling it that evening, so it was all the hubs. If you love tons of green onions and cilantro, get it! The broth had a really strong flavoring of the cilantro. Overall dinner was fairly good. Seemed like there were regular customers that visited often. Staff were super nice and friendly. Parking lot was not packed at all. If in the area, I'd visit again. 2026: 7

Located in Santee. Plenty of parking. Ordered the pork eggs rolls, salt and pepper wings, rare steak pho, and combination fried rice. The food was good but the wings were a little dry and they added way too much cilantro into the pho. The service was very good. They were on top of the orders and the food came out quick. Inside the restaurant was clean. If I was in Santee and had a craving for Pho, I would come here.

This place has consistently been the best place for me to get pho. The food is always good and fresh and the service is great. The restaurant is also always clean inside.

I was staying nearby and stopped in here for an early dinner. It was located in the Town Center Parkway Plaza on the west side of Cuyamaca St, just north of the 52 freeway. After looking over their menu, I ordered the P1 Signature phở đặc biệt which included oxtail, shank, flank, and brisket. It seemed pricey at first for a bowl of pho, but it was a big bowl, a hearty portion. Food was good and so was the service. It was a solid spot.

Pho was very tasty! Got the one with oxtail, flank and brisket. Interestingly, this spot doesn't have tripe and tendon. Overall the staff was friendly and enthusiastic! Definitely worth a stop in you are in the area!!

8/15/2025 - my second time and no issues. Wonderful people and the food was excellent. Had the veggie spring rolls. I didn't like the sauce it came with. Ordered the wong ton special soup and the V4. Grilled Pork. Both came out smoking hot. Both tasted very will. I went with a party of 2. Highly recommend. One down side they need to bring the appetizer out before the main dish. They did it backwards. Best. See Photos.

The dishes here are amazing. The pho noodles broth was flavorful and sides were fresh. I ordered the Pho dac biet which has all the meats. Egg rolls were perfectly crisp. Very friendly service. The place is very clean and decor is nice. The soft music was pleasant. Shall return.

To start the food was absolutely amazing, my husband and I both ordered the brisket pho and it has to be the best I've had! The staff were all so kind and helpful and we got our food in record time. The kitchen's choice of music was top tier and wish it was louder ! We will definitely be back!

One of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to! Instead of ordering pho (since I'm so picky with pho, I didn't want to risk it), I ordered the rice vermicelli noodles with grilled chicken, grilled beef, grilled shrimp and egg rolls. I asked that the egg rolls be vegetarian since I don't eat pork. The dish was DELICOUS!! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. My friends also loved their selections, including the grilled beef banh mi, egg rolls and pho. I definitely will return to try the other dishes with confidence.

3.5/5 We ordered DD pick up...and it was just Meh/mid. Too many noodles in the pho and a little underwhelming flavor-wise.

At first, she said the order only could be done on 1 bill. And then later she compromised with 2 bills, 5 people per table. That was nice of her! I just had 2 coffees before entering so I decided to skip ordering Thai tea. But they had a large drink menu, of fruit teas and more. My friend had the lychee tea which was very large and looked super refreshing! They also came by often to top off our waters which was nice. To eat, I ordered the $16.99~, Cashew Chicken Stir Fry with White Rice. It came with onion, green onion, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and cashews. The carrots were beautifully cut, but a little too crunchy for me to properly enjoy in the stir fry. Everything else was delicious! I think this could definitely be shared between 2-3 people. It was a lot for me, even after a large hike. The sauce was flavorful and not overly salty. I didn't ask for any spice level, but I think I'd choose mild or medium next time. My friends ordered-- - $12.99, Dirty Fried Chicken: This had a blitz coating of lime, mint, and spices. And it was decorated with thinly sliced green onions with a side of sweet chili sauce. The chicken was hot and plump, not dry, and very much mouthwatering! Would recommend. - $14.99, Thai Grilled Chicken Salad: Grilled Chicken Breast on a bed of mixed green salad, carrots, and cucumbers with peanut dressing. It reminded me a little of chicken satay~ it smelled and looked incredible. I think I might order it next time, when I want something light and fulfilling after a hike. - $11.99, Cream Cheese Avocado Wontons (6PC): These came out piping hot and when you took a bite they were oozing. It was very creamy and when you dip into the plum sauce it's a delectable bite. A nice appetizer to share with the table. - $16.99-$19.99 (depends on what protein you get), Pad Thai: This proportion was manageable for one person. The restaurant used thin rice noodles, but it didn't clump excessively compared to other restaurants. The prices are what you'd typically see at a Pan-Asian restaurant, a few dollars more than what you'd want to spend. But these kinds of restaurants, in my opinion, are for enjoying with others. So, if you're sharing food and all that-- the price is worth it (esp with the quantity that is given). Next time, I would probably order one of their noodle dishes rather than rice. Oodles by the Noodbar has such a large and diverse menu so I would highly recommend coming in to try them out.

I'd get it again, but I do feel it has a more subtle flavor than the lychee version. The salad roll was good, but I did think they looked smaller than what you might typically expect. The one thing I did not care for was the dipping sauce. I believe the menu said it was a peanut sauce but I was personally not a fan. It tasted more like a coconut curry sauce. The place is always clean and usually not very loud. I recommend you stop by if you are in the area.

The service was excellent the moment we walked in and continued all the way until we left. The entire floor staff were friendly, attentive, and incredibly hardworking--especially as the dinner rush picked up. You could really see them hustling, but they never missed a beat. The food was just as impressive as the service. We started with the shrimp and beef spring rolls with fish sauce, which are always a must for us. For our mains, we ordered a variety of rice platter dishes including grilled shrimp, BBQ pork, BBQ chicken, egg rolls, and a BBQ beef banh mi sandwich--everything was flavorful and satisfying. One thing that really stood out was our waiter, who memorized our entire order without writing anything down--very impressive! I also placed a to-go order for the #99 platter, and everything came out quickly and accurately. We were in and out in under an hour and a half, even during peak dinner time. When the service is exceptional everything else follows! Overall, a fantastic dining experience with great food and exceptional service!!!!

The health and safety board needs to indirect this place. The tables were wiped but you could still see grease remnants from left over food on the table. The lack of sanitary practices gets an " F" rating. It is obvious no one has a food handlers certificate. One plate came out and had to wait over 5 min for next plate to Come out.
