Streetside coffee is located right off Swanson Ave, its next too a small building that appears to have apartments on the 2nd floor and small businesses on the 1st floor. This place is super cute, and if you love to relax at coffee houses this is the place to be. They have parking on the street in the front of the shop or up top behind the shop. Nice location, ample parking in the back with a fenced in patio and playground. The menu - I felt was a bit limited. I eat gluten and wheat free... I ordered the Gluten free sausage breakfast sandwich. I did not like the sausage & the bread was just ok. I got a stomachache so I assume it had something like wheat in it. The coffee is really good. Very rich and smooth. The inside sitting area is small. Not conducive to groups larger then 2-3. Its has a modern but comfortable decor. Very clean and organized. The temperature is way to warm Though... it makes it hard to stay. I actually came to do some schoolwork but it is really not a good coffee shop for that. Havasu desperately needed a sit down coffee shop (other than a chain). Streetside fits the bill perfectly! There is parking out-front (street side) or parking in the back. The building is nice, they have a wonderful patio, and the inside is cozy. There are several places to sit inside to either relax or get some work down. The patio has great shade, plenty of seating, and a little platform for performances. Overall, the aesthetic is wonderful. I love coming here to just enjoy a drink or to meet up with friends and catch up. The drink list is pretty standard (iced/hot lattes, tea, smoothies, etc) and they serve several cold brews (which you can buy in growlers to take home). I really enjoy their cold brew and their hot lattes. Note: If you order an iced latte, they do not use shots of espresso. They use the cold brew. This is very different from other coffee shops and it is something you should be aware of, since it does affect the expected flavor of the drink. Luckily, when I ordered an iced vanilla latte, the barista informed me and I chose to switch to just a cold brew. (You can sample the cold brew if you ask.) My favorite drink is a Breve (Irish Creme or Vanilla) and my husband really enjoyed their hot tea. I haven't tried any of their food, but the display case is tempting. The baristas are friendly and the service is quick/efficient. You can either wait at the bar for your drink, or the barista will bring it to you (inside). Additionally, the baristas always seem to be smiling and helpful to answer any questions. Overall, Streetside is a great place and I would highly recommend visiting! read more

I am picky about coffee shops. First, the coffee needs to be very fresh and good. It matters not what else the shop has to offer. Coffee drinks need to be very good with a smooth, strong flavor (without depending on milks and syrups). Our group visited this place twice ordering a whole variety of coffee drinks. All were excellent except a nondairy cappuccino that didn't produce a foam; the staff offered to remake another one. Secondly, the atmosphere needs to compliment the yummy coffee. Staff works at a calm and efficient manner. I appreciate that if you are staying, they bring the drinks to you. Their interior is very pleasant with a peaceful ambiance. Finally, there are the extras--The gluten-free almond bar is amazing. The flavor is prominent and it is not overly sweet. Perfect compliment to the coffee. Another perk is that they offer mugs for the drinks. I always prefer a mug if I can stay around. The almond bars are served on a small, ceramic plate with a fork. Clean Beegan Chai!!!! Great little coffee shop! Yummy baked goods, good coffee, tea, and smoothies. I love Chai, but oftentimes it's made from box mix that contains citric acid that creates a sour taste I'm not a fan of. Streetside's chai is made from loose leaf and I requested it with coconut milk and sweetened with a little honey. If you like a strong chai I would request it that way. I ordered a large and it tasted as though the staff member may have used a cursory tea amount--so I would check that and order accordingly. I thought it was light, not too sweet, and delicious! We were at the shop on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't busy. We sat at a table inside and used the internet, which we had to log off and then on again to get a good connection, which we were told is a standard connection issue--once online it worked great. Quality of their house blend was a bit disappointing for a small coffee place since it was about gas station coffee level. What was worse was the surcharge for using a credit card with zero sign or anyone saying a charge for using one. This is 2021 and credit card surcharges to companies rarely are above 3%. I paid 20%. A little off the beaten path but we'll worth the detour, parking in the rear off van vleet ( unsure of road spelling) but easily reached if your on stroll(walk) on swanson it parallels the View(all inclusive retirement). Has a nice outdoor patio where you can enjoy a splendid choice of coffee or some delicious breakfast or lite lunch fare. The baristas are friendly it's nice place to relax and even enjoy one of their coffee specials containing alcohol if needed to get your day going. So strange. Tried their coffee twice before giving a review so I didn't judge too quickly etc. I'm in from SoCal for a job and wanted to try all the local coffee spots during my stay. This place confused me. It so close to everything and their building is the best thing about them. They have the perfect coffee shop aesthetic for the area and are way ahead of anyone else in that manner. The girl behind the counter even told me that they get their coffee from "Better Buzz Coffee Co." in San Diego!!! Which just so happens to be my favorite coffee! I was so excited! And then I got my drink... The first time I went I got a Frozen Blended Vanilla Espresso. I'm not sure what flavor it actually was but, vanilla wasn't it. It was so bad and I was so confused. This place looked and sounded like the perfect local coffee spot. I was heart broken. I tried to go home and add some flavor etc but there was no saving it. Goodbye $6 coffee. 2nd time I played it easy because maybe it was just that the drink was too difficult for the girl? or it was a bad day before? So I got an Iced Vanilla Latte. Guys. What is this coffee??? It's not bad???? But it's definitely not good. I couldn't finish it. Another $6 down the drain. (Literally) The only people actually consistently coming here are employees and locals who need a good looking place to hangout and have no idea what actual coffee tastes like. It's a cute space, the patio is nice when the weather is good, and the baristas are friendly. However, I would strongly recommend against ordering the chai here because it pretty much tastes like straight cinnamon. Even after telling them it was too strong, they just said I'm probably used to it being made with powder. Personally I think it should never taste like you're drinking liquified Big Red. I just had to trash it and would probably recommend sticking with an iced coffee here. read more

For all my Yelp friends who know what a bathroom critic I am, you will love this post! I was pleasantly surprised by this modern little coffee shop in Lake Havasu In so many ways and a quick trip to the biffy before we left, just topped the review! The cutest, CLEANEST, well presented bathroom I have ever seen in a coffee shop or restaurant for that matter! They even had an amazing candle burning on a cute little stand, which was such a warm addition to the fall feeling in the air! Aside from that, we were welcomed in by the sweetest gal who helped me decide on a pumpkin pie infused coffee blend that was to die for! The shop was warm(not crazy cold air conditioning) very modern and offered a lot of choices! I can't wait to go back and try more. There is plenty of parking and ample seating outside on the cute little patio. My honey ordered a blueberry muffin that was so yummy and not overly sweet!
