WOW!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Stretch Limousine! They were so responsive to every question and change from the initial reservation to drop off at O' Hare. Due to a crazy snowstorm, over Thanksgiving weekend of course...we bumped up our pick up time from Bourbonnais Illinois to O Hare Airport. Joanna emailed us right away regarding our wish to change the pick up time. Dario arrived 15 minutes early and was great with helping load the two car seats, baby, 6 year old and three adults into this three seater SUV. The drive to O'Hare passed many jack knifed trucks, but everyone in Dario's vehicle felt in good, safe hands. The service provided was excellent. The driver (Jan) arrived right on time for our family's ride to O'Hare. He was very cordial, and gave us a safe comfortable ride to the airport. We arrived on schedule. The vehicle was a Mercedes Sprinter Van that had plenty of room for our 8 travelers and our luggage. I feel the rate charged was very reasonable and was less than the other services I checked. They were also very flexible with their scheduling, they allowed for reservations close to our departure and had a very reasonable cancellation policy. Our driver was very inconsiderate. He knew when he picked us it was for a medical appointments for my very fragile, ill husband. Two hour ride, 2 stops, 1st stop, I got out, went around, opened husbands door, got him out and slowly made our way in. Same with pick up, and drop off at next appointment.. We got home, I had a little cooler, a bag, my purse, my keys and Again, my husband to help inside. Our driver took off as soon as we were out of the vehicle, not waiting to see if we got inside...we did not. My husband fell getting into the house. He will be Ok, bruised and shaken. Disclaimer: It is so difficult to find a ride for 6 to the airport. Many companies have hidden fees, exorbitant prices for a limo, or just seemed super shady. All we wanted was to ride to the airport in style to kick off an amazing family vacation! I was so very excited to discover Stretch Limousine! Once I found them, I immediately booked. Their prices were so reasonable and their employees were very helpful! Peter was our driver for our stretch limo. This was the very first time my children rode in a limo and they had the time of their lives! Even at 0645 in the morning we were supplied an awesome mix of beverages such as Sprite and Miller Lites. Very nice touch. Our return home was even better. Even though we did not elect a limo, we had a Lexus SUV. Our driver was Michael and he was the most personable ever! He arrived in a timely manner even before our requested time! He was the most respectful and kindest man we had ever met. Very unhappy with this service. The driver didn't do the number of runs they were supposed to do, so I guess they just chose to end early, prior to the end of the allotted time. They were supposed to do a final drop off for guests & take us (Bride/Groom) to an alternative location. They never returned for the final pickup & of course for us as well. So I can't comment on the driver/bus/anything- as I was never even able to see the shuttle. It seems like they only took a handful of my guests; and the remainder all needed to uber. Really very frustrating since we paid for this to remove that barrier for guests. Would not recommend at all. read more

I'm waffling between three and four stars, but ultimately there were too many little issues. I had a reservation for a Saturday evening for a bachelorette party for 9 people. The reservation said it was a limo for people; however, we barely fit (the website does say the 12-passenger limo fits 10 average-size adults comfortably or 12 below-average passengers). I think their calculations are a bit off (also, what does "average-size" mean?) Our driver was late due to traffic, but I will give points that the company called to give me a heads up (though they only called about 10 minutes before the reservation start, and we were already outside waiting by that point so we were stuck just sitting there). And the driver did extend our time so we still had the three hours. The website is a little odd to book, it's kind of a hodge-podge of information, although when I called to book whomever I spoke to was helpful enough. I did email at one point to change the reservation time and pick-up location, and it took a bit of back and forth to get it straightened out. Their website promises either champagne or beer stocked in the limo, and although I confirmed champagne via email, there was none in the limo. The air conditioning was not great-it was on, but it still got very warm in the back. I could only find an on/off, no way to adjust it or make it cooler. When I asked the driver about it he just said "you control it, just turn it on or you can open the windows." We also had issues with connecting a phone to the stereo system-I kept getting errors messages however I tried to connect. Our driver said he would play with it during our first stop, and when we came out he said that we had to use an Apple phone, the system didn't work with Android. We had people with Apple phones so not a huge deal, but why doesn't it work with Android? Our driver was okay, though he seemed confused when I asked if we could take a roundabout route to our next stop so we had more time in the limo. He kept telling me how long Google Maps told him it would take to get to the next place, and I had to keep explaining we want to take more time. At the end of the night (at the last stop), he just pulled up and opened the door, then harshly told us we were blocking traffic and had to get out (even though there was room for him to pull over to the curb instead of the middle of the street). We were just taking a minute to gather our belongings and make sure we had everything, so that seemed very harsh and abrupt. It was an okay experience, and we had a lot of fun, but again, the little things just sorted of added up. This company came by recommendation of my coworker, and she's used them as a car service to get to the airport and never had issues, but this bachelorette party just wasn't a stellar experience for us. EDITED: They did refund me $25 of my price for the missing champagne, which I appreciated. Though I also remembered after this review (and after reading some others), that there were times our driver made some pretty hard stops or fast accelerations (one time I ended up on the floor). So I appreciate the refund gesture, but there were still too many misses for me. read more

We used Stretch Limousine to pick us up from ORD International today 6/01/2023. The car was great. Very comfortable and clean. The problem we had was with the driver. We contacted him as soon as we were able to after going through customs. He told he would be there in five minutes so we went out to wait. When we located him he was rude and seemed annoyed at us because he proceeded to tell he had been waiting awhile. If we had this driver again we would not use this service. I was extremely disappointed with the concert service I received on 6/3/23 to the Taylor Swift concert. The driver was a very nice person but he was not prepared to take someone to a sold out concert at Soldier Field. He had trouble finding the entrance. I sent him a picture of the message from Soldier Field about the designated pick up area. I thought we could find it before I went to the venue. I started to become concerned when he did not have a good plan to pick me up. To be honest that put a damper on my concert experience. When I booked this ride I was led to believe that a driver would be ready and waiting for me at a safe location since I booked a 9 hour service. I booked this service because I wanted a safe guaranteed ride home. After the show I texted the driver to arrange pick up. He wanted me to go to a place in the south loop that was a mile away and was not in a safe location. I had a panic attack. Some lady who said she was his coworker called me. She was not very nice and insisted I walk a long distance to find him because of street closures. I made my way to the museum campus and saw many limos and drivers available offering rides. Why was my driver not able to meet me here. I seriously considered taking one of these rides. I continued to make my way towards Michigan Ave. I spent $120 on a pedi cab. I had that guy call my driver to arrange pick up. I still had to walk several blocks to find my driver. My driver seemed extremely stressed by the street closures. I felt like I had to cheer him up despite having had a panic attack myself. I am very upset with the company for sending a driver with no knowledge of the venue or street closures. It was all over the news that there were street closures due to the NASCAR Street races next month. The driver should have been prepped by his employer. To add insult to injury they added a 20 percent gratuity on the bill before the ride. So I paid $750 to have my concert experience ruined to a large degree Plus an extra $120 for the pedi cab. read more

We called to get a quote for a funeral the person who answered the phone was no help at all and very rude to us. We're trying to plan our moms funeral and I can't believe we were treated that way. He told us that they didn't have any vehicles available we said okay but if you guys did have it available what would be the price we just wanted to compare the price with other competitors he told us it wouldn't be anything because we don't have any available and I can't help you and hung up in our face. I've never been talked to that way. They don't ever have to worry about me again. They need to train their employees. If you don't like you job get a new one but don't be rude to potential customers. I reserved a limo to take my husband and I to the airport as we set off for our honeymoon. Despite receiving a confirmation email for the reservation, the limo never showed up. When I called to see if they were running late, I was told that my reservation number was showing up as a quote only, and that no limo was on it's way. Luckily we were able to quickly get a cab to take us to the airport, but this experience was a huge disappointment. When I called later to find out what happened, they first tried to blame me, saying that they tried to contact me because they were missing information, but couldn't get ahold of me. Yet they couldn't tell me when they tried to contact me or what information they were missing. I received no phone messages or emails. Then they changed the story and said it must have been a glitch in their system that kept the reservation as a quote and not a confirmed reservation. They made no attempt to try and make this right. Save yourself the trouble, and go with any other limo company. read more
