    I was in a wedding on September 26th, 2025. I did not personally pay for this limo service, but I…read morestill want to share my experience because it was unfortunately very disappointing. The good: The driver operated the vehicle relatively safely from what I could observe from the back, and we did arrive at our destination without incident. The bad: I sat in the front of the limo (closest to the driver, facing backward). During the ride, I didn't feel any wetness on the floor, but when I got out at the wedding destination, the bottom of my dress was soaking wet with a brown/green liquid. I immediately asked the driver to look into the issue. I pointed out the floor vent under my seat and politely asked him to check what the liquid might be so I could quickly research how to remove the stain before the wedding started in two hours. He said "okay," so I waited on the side of the parking lot for him to turn the limo around and investigate. Instead, he simply drove away. The photos I've attached show him leaving without any apology, assistance, or even an attempt to see what caused the issue. I was polite and calm the entire time, even joking, "Hey, if you can just help me figure out what it is so I can save the day and get the stain out before the wedding, that would be awesome!" I made it clear that I understood accidents happen and that maybe he didn't know there was liquid there--but still, no effort was made to help. There may have been a language barrier, and I'm very compassionate about that. I actually teach English Language Learners, so I know communication is always possible if both sides are willing--but in this case, the driver chose not to help at all. Honestly, he's lucky the bride didn't sit where I did, because if her wedding dress had been ruined, it would've been a much bigger issue. Other notes: The partition was either broken or the driver simply refused to raise it. The advertised sound system was just a small boom box you could plug a phone into, and it only played music in one area of the limo. It felt pretty cheap and not what you'd expect from a professional limo service. Take a look at the limo itself in the photos, looks like it has been side swiped recently. This didn't happen when I was in the vehicle but it certainly says something about this company and the quality of Limo you'll be getting if you choose their abysmal service. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. A simple apology or a few minutes of help would've made a huge difference, but instead, I left with a ruined dress and zero accountability from the driver or company.
