There is a limited membership to each location. Its cozy and smaller. It's open 24/7. All of these factors resolved my issues with other gyms. My initial sit down assessment with Aidan was included in my package. He was the first trainer that could explain my extreme fatigue during my workouts and told me some simple tips I incorporated in my own workout by myself and it made a huge difference. He was very knowledgeable about explaining how he can move forward with my concerns and goals. On my assessment I had a body scan to see where my percentages were. Growing up in Highland Creek, I assumed it would be great to work when i came back for holiday breaks. 11/25/2023. I helped them out and worked for them as they are short staff as it is. Management came in to greet me this time, as i've worked for them twice before. Upon leaving, the manager wanted my Venmo to compensate. However, nothing. Because it was during a holiday break, i decided to wait to follow up on payment. So, i waited a couple of days. The manager, Jen, told me she requested a ticket insisted this was her only communication with the owner of the studio. Strange. I've never heard of management not being able to reach an owner via landline. Imagine an emergency situation. Nonetheless Over the past two weeks, i have reached out numerous times only to be met with the same response over and over again. "sending Tanya another ticket" as a Independent contractor and not an employee my services are no different than an electrician or handyman rearing payment upon completion. Very upsetting that they would take advantage of me and my services, give me the run around in terms of pay, and completely ignore me. Mind you, it's the holiday season. What a great way to show staff they are valued.
