The staff is always friendly and the gym is pretty clean. They never run out of wipes, which is appreciated in our current environment, and have them spread all around the gym. There's a huge exercise room for classes, although I have yet to take a class here, and also a nice size training room. The gym isn't that big, so it was surprising when I saw how much they packed inside. I think you get your moneys worth with a membership here. Depending on the time of day, parking can get a little crowded, but even if you can't park directly in front of the building, there's plenty of parking nearby. The location is great too, just off Gilead Rd, near Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. I've been very happy here. There are just a few machines that aren't available that I wish they had. But like I said, they are regularly updating and swapping out equipment, so maybe I just need to inquire about what I'm interested in.

It's not a super large gym, perhaps like some others in the area. However, it is a really good size and you never really have to wait for machines or equipment. It seems that they try to keep the equipment up-to-date and every now and then you will see some new/updated equipment on the floor for use. It's also not crowded (usually the regular 1-3 people are there), at least during the super early morning time, when I go. If you go later in the morning, there are a lot more people there and it can become a little crowded. Either way, it's always your average, typical gym folks there that are considerate of others, never any grunters or ones that make you feel out of place when working out. This Anytime Fitness is located in a shopping center with a variety of establishments such as Walgreens, Starbucks, FedEx, and many other eateries and stores. So it is a great location with plenty of parking and things around which may be needed before or after a workout. The owner, manager and trainers are very nice and helpful when needed. If you live in the area, definitely try out this Anytime Fitness for your workouts.

This was embarrassing since I fully purchased this class & booked it through the correct time slot. After the class the instructor asked me to contact the owner so she in no longer put in this position. I contacted them and their response was completely apathetic to the situation and they did not recognize the need to fix their website or offer an apology. They had total disregard for the situation they created and their language in response to my experience was patronizing. It would not have inconvenienced them to handle their website glitch and customer concern with care.

Its a little small inside but the layout of equipment is well done so you don't feel too close to everyone while working out. Ed, the gym owner is a great guy and very easy to get along with. His gym membership fees are very reasonable and you can sign up for a month to month membership as well. So far the other gym members are all respectable and I've experienced no issues. I recommend this gym to whoever is looking for a place to call their workout home.

One of the worst experiences in customer service that I have ever had in my life. Once I decided that I felt confident that I would be able to continue working out on my own and expressed that I no longer wanted their services, they did everything in their power to complicate the process of terminating the contract. They came up with any and every type of excuse that they could to try to continue to get money from me long after I stopped attending the gym and utilizing their services. I am currently in a situation where I told them months ago I wanted to end my contract, and they then required a 30 day notice so another months payment, and then after receiving that, they have taken 2 additional payments out of my account and are trying to say the contract was never closed out to continue taking money out of my account. Also, now they refuse to answer their phone for me and are saying my account is still open. I wanted to support this Black owned business and had good results from Jibril's training efforts, but the level of customer service is not worth the results. Additionally, Madison, you are not good at your job, maybe you should look into some other opportunities because working with customers isn't one!

Loved the body roll machine too as it was an easy way to foam roll. It was easy to adjust the intensity based on body part and what I needed. I felt so SO good after this workout. In February 2016 I weighed in at 248lbs and had never done a chin up before. It's now July 2018,…read morethe scale says 195lbs, and I can crank out 8 chin ups without stopping. I mention this because even though nutrition is probably 75% of the day to day in health and weight loss, this place certainly helped me get to where I am now. Snap was the first real gym I ever visited, and though I've tried a few other places over the last two years I've settled back in where I started. A well equipped gym is an invaluable tool and Snap covers all the basics. To the left of the entrance are five each of treadmills and elliptical machines, as well as three stationary bikes. The back left corner has a smith machine, a plate loading leg press and a machine leg press (and usually the scale is hiding back there too). Left of center are five or so different machines for biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Dead center is a large machine that has two cable pulleys and a lat pull down all in one, and directly behind that is an assisted pull up / assisted dip machine, with the restrooms right next to that. Right of center is the majority of the free weights. There are two dumbbell racks going up to pairs of 100lbs, a rack of fix weight curl bars (also up to 100lbs), five or six different benches, and three plate loading machines, one each for calves, chest and shoulders. Far right wall, starting in the front moving back we have a small nook with 5 different abdominal machines. Next is one squat rack and one bench press with an open floor space typically used for dead lifts or box jumps. Almost to the back there is a single rowing machine then the "studio" area. This back area is a wooden floor with a big mirror running along one side, a long metal frame over top with 3 separate pull up bars, a small rack with some 5lbs-25lbs weights, a slightly larger rack with kettle bells (up to 50lbs maybe?) as well as storage for foam rollers, yoga mats and resistance bands. This is also the area they hold the Intensity group fitness classes. Snap Fitness really is a nice place to get a workout in. On top of all the equipment they offer personal training sessions and group fitness classes if you need a little help. The staff is pretty good at keeping the place clean and putting in work orders should something need fixing. There are a few things I wish were different here though, most notably only having one squat rack, one bench press station and only single stall restrooms. Unfortunately those things are mostly a space issue. There was a time when I hoped they would absorb the vacant space next door and expand, but it seems that opportunity has come and gone. I'll just have to settle for really good instead of perfect.

The bathrooms aren't the cleanest and it gets a bit busy at peak hours (usually weekday nights) with the somewhat limited number of machines, but it definitely gets the job done perfectly well. We never felt uncomfortable (as 2 girls), the staff are pretty nice, and the layout is good. Weekends are pretty empty, and the closer you go to right after work (compared to later in the evening), the less busy. People are generally pretty good about cleaning the machines/mats after themselves, which was appreciated. I would recommend if you're looking for a decent, very affordable gym option. This one is nice because parking is free and ample, unlike the Uptown location ~10-15 min. away.
