I've worked out at countless gyms and I've never seen the GM do that. They were always too good or too above that. Very humble and professional leadership on her part. Might have to switch gyms soon since 75lb dumbbells are too light for me. But I really like this gym and the simplicity of it as well as their clean locker rooms and recovery room. Very nice gym for the price. This gym makes 24Hour Fitness look like a homeless shelter.

So I decided to sign up for sessions with Tatum myself, and she taught me a regimen of stretching and corrective exercises which has basically cured my issues.
