When I replied I said that I was signed Up for A 10 am group class on Wednesday and then was replied to saying they don't offer Those. Just came to this place for the grand opening and omg the clothes in here are super cute. Very clean place and got to meet the owner and she was so nice a d cute and told me all about what they do. My husband bought some sessions and swears by this place. I haven't been stretched out yet but i will definitely be back to shop and try the stretching and I will leave another update. I did try out the Hypervolt Machine and i am sold. I will definitely be buying one. Works amazing. Nice, clean facilities including complimentary FlowWater (super high-grade alkaline h2o) and good tunes. Joaquin has been awesome in helping me to release tension throughout my body. My general experience with my sessions at StretchLab were great - I always left my session feeling more in tune with my body and relaxed. Unfortunately, my review for this particular location has been is 1 star because of their inability to respond. I had reached out in December of 2021 in regards to cancelling my membership and had inquired about receiving a refund since I had not used all of my credits from my 2 previous charges. I was told on that call that they would need to relay the message to the general manager and I would hear back. A month passes by and I give them a call to refresh their memory and they tell me once again that they need to speak with their general manager but that they would get back to me. It's now February and it's upsetting that at the very least I didn't even get a call from them. Even if the answer is no, call. And while $250+ isn't a lot of money to some people, it is to me and it warrants a response at the very least. Very disappointing. read more

Having been on bed rest in the hospital and an emergency c-section, I lost all my mobility, strength,flexibility. I took the one day free class thinking I would most likely learn a little and that would be it. I came out of the class feeling really relaxed and better. This place is awesome! As an ex-athlete I have a broken down old body with constant stiffness and pain. After a 50 minute session I feel so much better. This place is amazing !!! I used to do Pilates and I practice and love love egoscue so I was not sure I needed stretch lab, but after my first stretch I felt so much better. Everyone needs this !!!!! It's gentle and so affective. They have a great membership which makes it affordable. This should be part of everyone life. read more
