Better than getting a massage. Truly a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend coming at least once a week.

@imjuliangutierrez…read more I've been coming to this gym for a few months now, and honestly it's been one of the better decisions I've made this year. At 27, I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder, but I do want to stay in shape, keep my energy up, and not feel like my body's falling apart from sitting at a desk all day--and this place makes that easy. First thing I noticed was the atmosphere. It's got a solid mix of people--some serious lifters, some beginners, and a lot of people just trying to stay consistent. Nobody's really judging, which matters more than you'd think. You can just throw on your headphones and get to work. Locker rooms are clean enough--nothing fancy, but they get the job done. Same with the rest of the gym. It's clear they at least try to keep things maintained. If I had one complaint, it's that it can get a little crowded in the evenings, but that's pretty much any decent gym. If you can go earlier or later, it's way better. Overall, it's a solid spot. No gimmicks, no pressure--just a good place to put in work and stay on track. If you're around my age and just looking for a reliable gym to build a routine, I'd definitely recommend it.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this gym, especially considering the premium…read moremembership price. The facility is poorly maintained, and the overall experience falls far below what members should expect. Many of the machines and other equipment have been out of service for months with no apparent effort to repair them. Several benches and chairs are also broken, making it difficult to complete workouts safely and comfortably. Cleanliness is another major concern. The floors are consistently dusty, the facility feels poorly ventilated, and the overall environment appears neglected. The lack of cleanliness raises legitimate concerns about members' health and safety. The restrooms are in unacceptable condition. They are often dirty, with broken sinks, broken toilets, and one restroom frequently marked out of order. These issues have persisted without resolution. It is clear that this gym is not being properly maintained or managed. A facility charging premium prices should provide clean, safe, and fully functional equipment and amenities. In its current condition, this gym does not justify its membership cost and feels more like a budget facility. Management should address these issues immediately by thoroughly cleaning the facility, repairing or replacing broken equipment, and restoring the restrooms to proper working condition. Given the prolonged neglect and the reduced value members have received, I believe current members deserve a refund or account credit, along with several months of complimentary membership as compensation for the poor experience.

Ricky and Frankie were nice, and helpful. I'd say I felt less intimidated at the 8.15 class than the 9.30 one that was crowded and felt too fast paced for me. It's definitely challenging and makes me feel very out of shape at times but I'm willing to try it again. It's pretty hype and the owner is young & chill. Their social media content is good too. It appears to be a community but I need more time to feel part of it.

Being a physical therapist I've always struggled with the structure of the classes, how stations were timed and back to back without rest focusing on the same muscle group, which doesn't allow for optimal muscle performance and loss of proper form, but my competitive nature hated to not commit to the challenge. Here, the workouts are balanced and paced, so you can rest when you need to and not rush, so your form is maintained and less risk of injury. Also the vibe is awesome, very fun, relaxed, self paced and supportive. My first class was with Frankie and he was great, not overly hovering when I was okay, but there as soon as I had a question. My new gym for sure! Would highly recommend!!
