Check in was smooth, but booking as a first timer felt like a bit of a choose your own adventure situation. I saw an $8 option, a $15 option, and then a very confident "first class free" sign when I arrived. I ended up calling and honestly, problem solved. The staff was super friendly, patient, and got everything sorted without any stress. I took the heated Hardsculpt class and wow... immediately humbled. It is HOT , the kind where you are sweating within minutes and quietly questioning your life choices. There is a good amount of choreography which kept me on my toes, but it was a solid sweat and still felt doable with modifications. The instructor was fantastic. Clear cues, great energy, actually present before and after class, and the music made you want to keep going even when your body was negotiating otherwise. They are generous with amenities too. Showers, a wild number of lockers, all first timer equipment was ready to go for me in a locker ( loveeee) so I can just show up and not think, and I have never in my life seen mat sanitizer machines hanging in a yoga lobby but now I am wondering why every studio does not have them! What really stood out was the community. It felt welcoming, organized, and like people genuinely wanted to be there. A good mix of ages and experience levels which I always appreciate. I personally lean toward darker, moodier studios with mirrors, so the bright open space and no mirrors took a second to adjust to, but that is just preference, not a flaw. Only thing to note, they are not on ClassPass App,which might be a miss for travelers trying to drop in. Overall, beautiful studio, strong workout, great people, and you will absolutely sweat. I would definitely come back when I am in the area.

It's busy, a bit chaotic. Lots of newbies, travelers, members and fellow ClassPass app wanderers (booking was smooth, no drama). I took a mat Pilates sculpt class in the infrared room (heated to a casual 92 degrees (you're gonna sweat your ass off) Absolute ass kicker and I loved it . You can modify and go at your own pace, but don't come in thinking this is a light stretch and vibe situation. The reformer room is warm too, just not infrared. Also, the space? Stunning. Candlelit, Himalayan salt wall arches, perfectly organized equipment -- it's giving fitness cathedral and I'm here for it.The music is loud and the playlist was amazing . I didn't have any issues hearing instructor , her mic was also loud and clear . Logistics: no showers and parking is... a bitch . Plan ahead. They do validate, but the lot is crazy and currently under construction in front ( you actually enter through the back part of building) . That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she has such a great personality to make your sessions fun, yet effective. Almost immediately, I could see changes happening. I started to lose weight steadily and had more energy. Morgan helped me make small changes in my diet each week until I finally achieved an optimal meal regimen. My husband treated me to a spa day on my birthday in early February. The week before my appointment, I reached out to the spa to request a specific massage therapist who was recommended (she's a female). The spa confirmed her availability and I booked a massage with her. My experience with the front desk and the spa itself was great- no complaints there. However, at the time of my massage, I was greeted by a male masseuse which caught me very off guard. When I asked him where the other masseuse is, as I had booked with her, he brought me back into the massage room and told me he'd go check with the front desk. When he came back, he told me that she called out sick. No offer of rescheduling. I was expected to proceed. This was never brought to my attention when I showed up over an hour before my appointment, and instead I was put in a really uncomfortable position receiving a massage from a male therapist. I was very underwhelmed with the massage itself and felt uncomfortable the entire time. I've made several calls to the spa to address this and haven't heard anything back. I live locally in Fort Worth and was exploring a potential Canyon Ranch membership, but this sealed the deal for me. I'll be going elsewhere from now on and unfortunately I will not be recommending this spa to friends and out of town guests.
