I honestly can't say enough good things about this business at this location. In a desperate attempt to improve my back and hip problems, I booked a stretch in January of 24. Jon talked me through that first stretch, making sure I was comfortable throughout and explaining body movements as he moved my stubborn limbs. I signed up for weekly stretches and did my homework. A month later I was walking without a cane. Before the second month was over I could get in and out of my car without having to lift my legs. Throughout the past year and a half I've seen many of the fantastic flexologists here, including Adam, Jeremy, Anna, Truly, and Eddie. I have been a member for 2 years now, and with all my physical activities (AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 70), stretching gave me waaaaaay quicker recovery from snowskiing, waterskiing, hiking, and other body/strength/movement-consuming sports activities. I go to StretchLab 2-4 times a month for an hour session and it has honestly become one of my favorite forms of self-care. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fun. I've been attending stretch lab for about nine months and really have noticed a difference in my flexibility. I especially like Eddie for my stretches. He really attends to the areas that I need help with and I am continually improving on those issues.
