Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the staff member and he was very welcoming and kind. I also appreciated how they had some snacks out on a table for people to take in case they got hungry. I can't quite remember how much the day passes were but it was pretty reasonable ($10 or $15). The inside is quite spacious with both a powerlifting and strongman side. If I recall correctly there are 6 combo racks, 2 squat cages, and 4 deadlift platforms. Aside from that, there's a small turf area for warmup space and plenty of machines and dumb bells. Overall, I enjoyed the space, people, and vibe that Brewhouse Barbell provided during our visit. Looking forward to coming back and visiting whenever we're in the OKC area!

I would expect if they can bill me again without my permission or consent the least they could do is allow me to work out but was told I need to leave. Front desk was unable to provide any documentation on their policy I agreed to that they could do that. It's a nice gym but I won't be back and hopefully they won't bill me again.

After completing the "free" first time workout studio manager Dennice offered me a discounted rate for healthcare professionals -- the low rate was the deciding factor in joining that day. Four days later, I was told the rate "didn't exist" and would not be honored. After escalating to the regional manager Andre, I was promised a $50 credit on my first month as a resolution.The credit was never applied. I've reached out to Dennice to correct the charge, and it remains unresolved. Being promised one rate, then charged another, and not receiving an agreed-upon adjustment is unacceptable. At this point I cannot recommend this studio.

I told her I would go in a few days later to sign that paperwork. I go in several days later to "sign paperwork" for her to txt me the cancellation form that I had to do online anyway!!! Why couldn't she just send me that txt when we first spoke instead of having me go in there. Please make it make sense! All I had to do was fill out a cancellation request via txt!!??? Then she proceeds to tell me that since I didn't give that cancellation notice 30 days my membership wouldn't end until two months! I was so mad but I let it go! I then had a doctors appt where I had an X-ray done that showed I had a tear on my knee. I then told Denise hey I can't come in anymore so I really need to cancel that membership earlier since I have a tear and cannot work out. she then proceeds to tell me that I need a doctors note in order to cancel earlier. Got that doctors note and she tells me I need to go in person to give her that note which I did. Mind you, I work so it's really hard for me to be going in at that time. She then proceeds to tell me that she cannot accept that letter from the Dr because it does not have a length of time. So I ask her if that's all I need, a length of time she says yes. I then called back and spoke to Andre because something just didn't sit right with me. Please note Andre was very nice. I explain everything and He proceeds to explain that he will do this exception and cancel my membership earlier. And he explains to me that my doctors note was missing a signature from the doctor as well as their cancellation policies. So why did Denise not tell me that from the very beginning!? Was she going to tell me after I turned that second letter? Oh and she also tells me there is an agreement that I signed that is for 12 months! So careful people when signing up because if something happens with your health you cannot cancel if you are within that 12 month contract and you could only pause your membership unless your injury lasts more than your 12 month contract then you need a doctors note. That is what they failed to let me know when I fist signed up. Shady business practices! Please know what you are signing for and that was my mistake.

My first session was disorganized and taken over by a trainee so I didn't get a full workout. My second session was canceled the same day and never rescheduled. Communication was poor throughout. The most frustrating part was how it was handled afterward. My refund or partial credit request was denied based on "policy," without addressing the fact that the services were never delivered. Overall, this felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would be cautious about purchasing training packages here.
