After completing the "free" first time workout studio manager Dennice offered me a discounted rate for healthcare professionals -- the low rate was the deciding factor in joining that day. Four days later, I was told the rate "didn't exist" and would not be honored. After escalating to the regional manager Andre, I was promised a $50 credit on my first month as a resolution.The credit was never applied. I've reached out to Dennice to correct the charge, and it remains unresolved. Being promised one rate, then charged another, and not receiving an agreed-upon adjustment is unacceptable. At this point I cannot recommend this studio.

They make it impossible to cancel. Denise is just a horrible person with bad customer service! This is what she did: I notified that I wanted to cancel exactly 30 days in advance verbally! I spoke to her she said that I needed to come to sign paperwork in order to cancel my membership. I told her I could not go in that day because I was working. I told her I would go in a few days later to sign that paperwork. I go in several days later to "sign paperwork" for her to txt me the cancellation form that I had to do online anyway!!! Why couldn't she just send me that txt when we first spoke instead of having me go in there. Please make it make sense! All I had to do was fill out a cancellation request via txt!!??? Then she proceeds to tell me that since I didn't give that cancellation notice 30 days my membership wouldn't end until two months! I was so mad but I let it go! I then had a doctors appt where I had an X-ray done that showed I had a tear on my knee. I then told Denise hey I can't come in anymore so I really need to cancel that membership earlier since I have a tear and cannot work out. she then proceeds to tell me that I need a doctors note in order to cancel earlier. Got that doctors note and she tells me I need to go in person to give her that note which I did. Mind you, I work so it's really hard for me to be going in at that time. She then proceeds to tell me that she cannot accept that letter from the Dr because it does not have a length of time. So I ask her if that's all I need, a length of time she says yes. I then called back and spoke to Andre because something just didn't sit right with me. Please note Andre was very nice. I explain everything and He proceeds to explain that he will do this exception and cancel my membership earlier. And he explains to me that my doctors note was missing a signature from the doctor as well as their cancellation policies. So why did Denise not tell me that from the very beginning!? Was she going to tell me after I turned that second letter? Oh and she also tells me there is an agreement that I signed that is for 12 months! So careful people when signing up because if something happens with your health you cannot cancel if you are within that 12 month contract and you could only pause your membership unless your injury lasts more than your 12 month contract then you need a doctors note. That is what they failed to let me know when I fist signed up. Shady business practices! Please know what you are signing for and that was my mistake.

My husband and I have been to and even worked at many gyms over our lifetime. But this place literally smells the second you open the door. We have seen ONE cleaning person work the place here and there. Not a team and not a duo or trio. The men's restroom was SO bad my husband (who grew up wrestling, football, gym guy) wouldn't even use the restroom. No TP or paper towels either. He kindly reported it to the front desk and was met with nervous laughter: "well the female restroom is good, I just checked it". What??? Sanitation AT A GYM is pretty important. And with all the Covid variants, ya might wanna hold fast on offering a clean establishment, let alone really clean. All of the front desk empress should be circulating with cleaning products and using them. Management: you should invest in a better circulation system. The temperature and stench in your gym is unreal. The back room was well over 80+ degrees when the mid day sun is beating inside the floor to ceiling g windows. It might be time for new floors and mats because that is where the smell and mold build up as well. We had family members move to the area and check out a few gyms, including this one. They had the same feedback! No way we're they going to join. It's a shame. The lay out and offerings are pretty great! We tried. We should have known better. Canceled after 7 weeks. Although PF doesn't offer the free weights and heavy lifting equipment desired, we will make it work at the clean establishment just down the street. All of the employees are circulating and cleaning, constantly.

There are also no shower facilities, so even scheduling an early class before work wouldn't work. Ideally, this isn't the Pilates set up for me. The staff was nice, and the studio was nice. If there were more options for classes, and a more negotiable payment plan (rollover classes) I'd consider joining.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now and honestly I would give this place 0…read morestars. One of my friends invited me here for a free class and I had the worst experience. I registered for the class a few days before on their website and the website said that my registration was successful. But not only did the website give the wrong location so that I was late for the class, but when I got there the staff were very fake and the older blonde woman behind the counter told me that I was not registered and then further embarrassed me in front of the staff, my friend, and all the prefect princesses walking in asking me "do you have a camera on your phone, "sweetie"" when asking me to scan a QR code for the class in a VERY condescending tone and she didn't look me in the eye. Of course I have a camera on my brand new iPhone. Who even asks that??? Needless to say I decided right then that I would not be going back ever again. I was so upset and downtrodden and embarrassed I just told my friend that I was going to leave because I didn't want to be treated like a poor, dumb, undesirable and embarrassed and singled out even more. It was obvious that they thought I DIDN'T belong there as soon as I walked in. I don't want to be that girl but in this case I would, unfortunately, advise anyone who is NOT WHITE or dressed entirely in Lulu Lemon to stay away from this place if you don't want to be talked down to and shoved out the door. There are much better, more compassionate practices where they will definitely not make you feel like some underprivileged charity case who they are required to tolerate.

The community of instructors is so supportive and encouraging. I had never had a good relationship with exercise in my life but Barre3 changed that for me. They helped me to realize the importance of mind body connection and moving your body because it feels good rather than always exercise tied to a scale goal. I will always keep coming back because this place has changed my life for the better and taught me so much about what I am capable of.

Parking lot and the easiest entrance are both in the back of the building. They offer mostly hot yoga which was something I had been hesitant about in the past, but I really like the workout and the teachers I've had. They have a pretty regular schedule, so like Devin and Tailyn are some of my favorites, and you can really build a practice with a few teachers who know you if you go regularly. I also really like Rylie's barre classes. I went to BYB in Norman in 2019 and didn't super love the instructors and classes, but I really like the instructors here in OKC who are really lovely, caring, and motivating which makes all the difference with something as vulnerable as hot yoga, especially as someone who's never been really dedicated to her practice before. I will say that the studio isn't perfect, but they're all minor complaints. I know they just moved into it, but there's a slightly lifted plank in the floor that would be horrible to step on or have your mat on. Also, the heat lamps are really low, so it's killer if you end up underneath one (a great sweaty workout though if that's what you want). Finally, for the most part, the studio is private, but the door is clear glass, so I have seen people looking in a few times which is a little awkward. It's in a hallway, so people are passing by, and looking up to see someone looking at the class while you're doing downward facing dog isn't the best haha. I will say that I've never been in an overfull class in the two or three months I've been attending. I'm not sure what the cap is, but I've also always been able to book the classes I want, even 30 minutes before they start. I'm on the unlimited classes student deal for $100 a month, and it's a great motivation to put classes in my calendar and actually go. It's also helpful that it's not too far from my apartment, unlike a lot of the other exercise studios in the metro :) Thank you!

Especially love their weekend selection as I often am unable to make midday workouts. They provide mats, balance balls, weights, bands, and really anything you need to enjoy the class. I attend the 8th street market location which offers a restroom but no water fountain. They offer changing rooms inside the studio. The staff is always friendly and they are experts at what they do. If your considering, they have free first classes.

These guys have got the RUNNING/light resistance training down for all levels of runners and non-runners. They take your Goal Pace, your timing, and your rate of speed into account then help you perfect your running technique. Not to mention the music was on point with the class! Everything they played is currently on my "run Sam run" and "5K get it" Spotify Playlists! I really can't say enough about how great the class, the studio, the instructors were and of course the Woodway treadmills. These are not the curved Woodways, these were like running on clouds and if I had the choice I would never run on another treadmill again. I took the Grinder class and can't wait to take it again.

A friend invited me to try Higher Ground's Grinder class. After that class I was hooked on Higher Ground and their treadmill classes! The coaches are personally interested in you and your running! During my second class Patrick corrected my running form. I have been consistently going to Higher Ground for the past 3 months and still get excited to do the treadmill classes. Now I do NOT need to run with my knee straps or KT tape on my knee!!!! I am participating in the Fall Half Marathon training and could not be more pleased! I have learned that running is FUN again because Higher Ground has taught me how to run without it hurting
