My trainer, Jonnie, listened to understand my goals and created a customized program without going so far as to make me want to give up like it's unobtainable. They've helped me improve my form, build strength, and stay motivated. The progress I've seen has been exactly what I was looking for--I'm lifting heavier, moving better, and feeling stronger, just feeling healthier in general- could be the meal plan they give you too ‍ The group classes are another awesome sales point that got me in. Whether it's HIIT or strength training sessions, the instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and fun. The classes are challenging for all different fitness levels, and the music and energy keep everyone engaged. A lot of the same people consistently go to the classes so you build a gym community and that adds a little accountability to it all; they make working out feel less like a chore and more like getting together with friends, even if I don't know much about them. What truly makes this gym stand out, though, is the social atmosphere. People here are genuinely friendly and open. When someone recognizes you from previous workouts, they actually say hi and chat for a minute instead of just looking away or pretending not to notice. It creates such a community feel. The staff are all great too. The facility is clean, well-equipped, the price point is palatable, especially for having classes and all included, and people are friendly. The kicker about this all is that I did my due diligence and emailed my request to EOS (memberservices@eosfitness.com) on March 19th and ABC Fitness Solutions responded. WHY?? ABC Fitness says they can't cancel training packages. Why are they responding/ have access to the facilities' email??!! I spoke with the manager on 3/20/2023 at the Thunderbird & 83rd location and was told I would only be charged twice and after that no more. Why the hell am I being charged $76 x4 after that?! I'm not even using the service. I don't like dishonest, misleading business practices at all. It's straight up fraudulent to financially benefit off service not being provided to the consumer. I strongly feel like dissolving the whole business relationship at this point. I will be going to EOS location first thing in the morning and I'm not playing. The email I sent to EOS in March 2023, them extra charges, and the agreement is on file. I only thing I'm interested in hearing is the solution that's it!

It has now been completely out of order for over a full month. Here is the exact reality of the situation: Zero Urgency A facility of this size should have a commercial HVAC technician out within 48 hours. Letting a core amenity sit dead for 30+ days shows a complete lack of operational management. Zero Communication:There have been no transparent updates or timelines provided to the members regarding when this will actually be fixed. Zero Compensation: We are all continuing to pay 100% full price for our monthly membership dues while missing out on the primary tools required for our physical recovery protocols. If you take your training and joint recovery seriously, or if you simply expect a business to actually provide the amenities they advertise and charge you for, look elsewhere. Until the sauna is fixed and management figures out how to maintain their own building, this place is not worth the monthly fee.

I love the black card membership as you have access to their massage chairs, red light therapy, tanning beds and can bring a guest anytime with you! The machines all work, they have plenty of cleaning stations with paper and sanitizer spray. The locker room is huge and offers showers as well. They have bouldering and lots of different walls from basic to extremely advanced climbing, they also have tight rope and a weight rack set. We had a lot of fun at this place trying out everything, staff was so nice, the rental equipment were in good shape, everything was super clean, the population of regulars who came here were very respectful and kind. If a member you your family is looking to build their confidence, learn discipline, and enhance their ability to protect those they care about, MMA is the place to be.

Fast forward, I originally signed up for Club Pilates Arrowhead around 2022 and 2023. I cancelled with the prior location because I just did not fit in. I was hesitant to try this location, but I am really glad I did because this experience is so much better! Between 2023 to 2025 I tried mat Pilates and Track Pilates, neither compares to reformer Pilates. I fell back in love with Pilates after my first class back last month, which was on a Sunday with Eda. The front desk person let Eda know I was new, but also a previous member. Reformer Pilates just hits different, the way the springs help you move the weight. I like how easy on the joints the classes are. I have attended about nine classes since my return, and I think I have used more of the equipment in this time than I did in my prior years. I am a Peloton Bike + user, so adding in Pilates let me ease back into strength training. The reformer allows me and my sore muscles to work through all the moves at my own pace. I really like the amount of stretching I get in- it makes me feel so much better. I have taken one class with Eda, Stacie, and Bridget and three with Michael and TJ. I was thinking I was in an advanced class during the first class I did with Michael, but nope- I am still taking level one classes! I think Michael's classes make me question things more, so that might be why I go on his days.

Tried to canceled on 2nd month but there is $100 fee to break the contract so she decided to continue paying and finish the 3 months, She emailed the club about the cancellation on November and told that it is in process already but we still got charge for the membership fee for the 4th month!! They refuse to do a refund and still want to charge $100 for cancellation this club is the worst to do business so stay away. We live close by and my wife was very stoked that there is pilates club close by but things didnt end up in the right way so they lost a client and we move on. Goodluck
