This past Tuesday, we decided to drop in to watch a World Cup soccer match, and to our surprise, the place was packed! I approached Alex to ask if there was any available seating, and he went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he help us find a spot, but he also checked in on us throughout the evening to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. What really stood out was how Alex treated everyone around him. He was constantly walking around, checking on guests and making sure everything was running smoothly. Thanks to his exceptional service, we had a fantastic time! A huge thank you to Alex and the entire team at The Plex for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!

As far as training programs, I recently took the "MG Elite" group training for six weeks and was extremely happy with the way the program was run and my overall results. Special shout-out to Matt Ginion for being such a great professional trainer and coach. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail (from movement techniques to outside the gym best practices, nutrition, recovery, etc.). Also shout-out to Ms. Leah for her amazing work ethic and great attitude. It's impressive that she knows so many of the members by their names and brings so much energy to the club.

I've never really been into fitness before, aside from trying mat Pilates at home for a few months in college, and I started out feeling pretty weak and not very athletic. Sandra has completely changed that for me. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She's taught me how important proper form and breathing are, and I've learned more in a month than I ever expected. The studio itself is always very clean, and with only six reformers, the classes feel intimate and focused. I never feel lost or overlooked, which can easily happen in larger classes. Sandra takes the time to correct form and adjust weights for each person (if needed), and it's clear she genuinely cares about her students' progress. She's even offered helpful advice outside of class, like encouraging me to eat more protein to support muscle recovery and practice ankle strengthening exercises. I also want to give a shoutout to Angela, another instructor at the studio. I've taken a class with her as well - she was fantastic and helped me become more mindful of my knee locking tendencies. I started going once a week, then gradually increased my schedule, and now I happily attend classes three times a week. Pilates has become such an important part of my routine that I can't imagine going a week without it. I even hesitate to plan vacations in fear of missing class xD I truly can't recommend this studio enough! It's made a lasting impact on how I view fitness and my overall health.

Every time I take a class with her, I break a sweat and I would consider myself a pretty fit person since I'm physically active and have been weight training for over 10 years. They had their soft opening in November 2025 and I started with the 12 class package. Since I quickly fell in love with Pilates, I upgraded to the unlimited membership. I'm a morning person, so I love attending the early classes. For me, showing up to a 6am class feels like a real commitment and the best way to start the day. The staff are always friendly, warm, and welcoming. I've taken classes with Lorraine, Amy, Kristoff, Taryrn, and Yvonne. Each instructor has a different teaching style and music selection, which keeps every class fresh and interesting, but they are all knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely attentive to your form and progress. I attend about 4 to 5 times a week and it has really helped my overall well-being, posture, and strength. I definitely recommend this studio especially because it's in a great location, clean, well-maintained and has such a positive atmosphere. It's been one of the best investments I've made for my health.

I really liked my time here at Club Pilates. It was my first…read moretime doing Pilates, and I had been eyeing the membership for months before they opened. So come January, I was inspired by the new year and committed to a 3-month membership. My only issue came when I called to make my payment on my 3-month renewal and asked about the cancellation policy. I didn't want to be charged again for another month or get locked into another commitment, but I was reassured that I would be able to cancel if I called within a reasonable time frame beforehand. However, two days ago, I got an email that said their policy was to cancel 30 days prior and to complete a waiver to do so. When I paid for my membership renewal a few days ago, I did not receive this information over the phone. I am extremely disappointed, and it feels predatory that I have been locked into another month unknowingly. It should have been relayed when I asked specifically about the cancellation process days ago!! Thank goodness I called today and asked again, instead of assuming what was previously told to me was correct. During my call, I was asked to email them for cancellation. I had to email again to confirm that I wanted to cancel, and was finally emailed the cancellation waiver after I texted them. I was stressed over the inconsistent information, but I really hope now there will be no issues when my membership expires. The classes have been fun and easy, so it was a nice intro to Pilates. The instructors are welcoming, and the studio is lovely. Unfortunately, the classes are almost always waitlisted, so it's a gamble getting in most days. If you don't book weeks in advance, it's hard to get a class, and being waitlisted is only useful if you're among the first few waiting. Overall, it's definitely not worth the money you pay monthly for the studio, since you get a more fulfilling experience anywhere else.

As promised in my last blurb, I'm leaving an updated review!…read more I can't believe it's been 7 months since I started and I've definitely seen results. I've always been somewhat active but never strong....Well, I not only feel stronger but my muscles are more toned and my running has also improved. Prior to FIT, I ran a 10k in college in 1:02 (~10-minute pace). Recently, I completed another 10k and finished in 50 minutes (~8-minute pace). The BIGGEST thing for me is that I've also been able to finish my first half and I'm excited to do more! Mike is truly the ace in your hand. He's the guy you want on your side and he genuinely cares about you. As an example, he helped me prepare for my race by running the coyote creek trail with me on a weekend (his day off). Aside from boot camp, I also come out to track intervals on Tuesday mornings and they're a great way to start the day and improve your mile-time. Whether you attend spinning, boot-camp, or TRX, Mike will challenge you and make it easy to commit to being healthy. He will provide constructive criticism and celebrate accomplishments. Every workout, he gets the best out of you and you will want to do the extra set and add the extra weight! I've been able to reach some of my fitness goals and I credit Mike and Alissa...so if you are in the market for a lifestyle change, definitely give FIT a shot!

Evergreen offers them quality facilities, and FIT provides the equipment (TRXs, medicine balls, battle ropes, jump ropes, etc.). Needless to say, they have been very happy with their decisions since. They enjoy the strict and structured learning environment that sets high expectations for them to achieve. Respect emanates in this environment as everyone greets one another with a customary bow of acknowledgment. While the masters are firm, they are also very supportive and fun. My girls start each class with seriousness but leave with light hearted smiles. It's been over a year now and my once weak daughters have developed not only tight muscles but also a strong sense of self confidence; thanks to the rigor of each lesson. Seeing my fragile girls accomplishing challenging, powerful moves makes me cringe but also feel impressed. Thank you to the passionate and professional masters at Choi's for instilling the love for martial arts in my girls. It is now an element of their identity. Unlike many other martial art schools, I like the authentic feel of Choi's dojang. They are not commercialized. They don't try to sell you anything or talk you into signing long term contracts to trap you in. Some other places I've encountered, they pressure you with gimmicks like a limited time promotion or try to sell you merchandise. There are no salesman here, just genuine martial artists who wants to share their expertise with those whom are interested in practicing this form. I would definitely recommend Choi's Tae Kwon Do to anyone that is looking for a quality and valuable enrichment.

That's honestly a steal so definitely check Groupon every now and then for amazing deals. I tried so many classes with different instructors to see which class called to me and I honestly love Hot Yoga the most. I have tried the Warm Vinyasa class and Hot Pilates as well. They were both lovely and fun classes to take but something about Hot Yoga and being in a heated room (90-105 degrees Fahrenheit) sounds so nice and soothing to me. This type of environment is believed to enhance flexibility, improve circulation, and promote detoxification through sweating. I have been doing Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga aka 26 postures and two breathing exercises) for almost 2 months now and I truly believe Hot Yoga has improved all of those things for me. My whole body doesn't hurt as much from sitting at the desk all day and I can actually feel myself feeling healthier and looking much happier. A tip I would like to mention is that staying really hydrated the day before a Hot Yoga class helps tremendously! Listen to how your body feels to avoid overheating. No need to push yourself to take classes everyday and to take it at your own pace!
