He didn't pressure me to do it. He left it up to me. I took his advise, and am very happy that I did. I was in and out quickly and went on my way. The cost of this was also very reasonable. All damn day, and no one had one single thought as to whose responsibility that might be. Um, no. That actually felt pretty shady, honestly. Between all of these attempts, we wasted 4 hours in driving time going back and forth to the garage for absolutely no reason other than to piss me off. That's what you get with these corporate outfits, and that's what I get for not doing my research on this company. They don't give a shit about you as a customer, and they certainly don't value your business. They treat their employees like shit, which leads to poor service and high turnover. All that matters is making money for the dear, almighty shareholders. They have to invent new ways to overcharge and overprice in order to do it. It's literally the business model. They don't need a loyal customer base, just desperate people who need their vehicles fixed. People are always desperate and in need of vehicle repair. It's kinda like the healthcare "industry." Lady that works up front is very rude and has an attitude. So here's the deal. They failed my inspection on my vehicle. The vehicle which I have been driving around for two years with no issues ever of getting it inspected. My window tint is 35% and they said they put their meter on it and it was at 34%. Give me a break. 1%, who do you think you are? You're not making the roads safer because of a 1% percent difference on window tint. Get over yourself. I also had to pay 11$ for the rejection sticker, do people still reject cars these days? Most places at least have the decency to keep your existing sticker on but not this shit hole. Also, I'm pretty sure they spit on my tire too. Terrible place. Spare yourself and don't go there.
