Tyler Arnold serviced my car, and was very professional. He changed my oil, put air in my tires, checked my filters and advised me as to whether I needed to change them. The vehicle which I have been driving around for two years with no issues ever of getting it inspected. My window tint is 35% and they said they put their meter on it and it was at 34%. Give me a break. 1%, who do you think you are? You're not making the roads safer because of a 1% percent difference on window tint. Get over yourself. I also had to pay 11$ for the rejection sticker, do people still reject cars these days? Most places at least have the decency to keep your existing sticker on but not this shit hole. I left to take my son out to eat but 5 minutes later they called and said the couldn't change the tires unless we bought all new lug nuts. I thought that was excessive but we went looking for lug nuts, after calling and running to every parts store in the area, we could only come up with 14 lug nuts, thinking of course they could salvage 6 nuts to reuse out of all the old nut is reasonable. they refused to change all 4 tires and wouldn't even try to reuse any nuts wouldn't even take the wheel off until I had all new nuts! I was told by all the auto parts stores in the area that the Hurricane Walmart does that to everyon, sending them on wild goose chases and costing people way more money than they wanted to spend, not to mention all the gas I ran out looking for parts I did not need. in the end, there was nothing wrong with my lug nuts but they would only change two tires. they are all incompetent as well as the manager! they are full of fight and excuses ad I would not recommend ever taking a vehicle there. this place should be closed down!

Went back to pick it up later that day, and looked like the vehicle hadn't moved. Well, that's because it hadn't. Due to a "mix-up," the vehicle wasn't serviced. All damn day, and no one had one single thought as to whose responsibility that might be. The suggested resolution was to leave the vehicle there overnight, with the people who forgot to service my car in the first place, with all the faith and hope in the world that they'll somehow remember to service the vehicle the next day. Um, no. That actually felt pretty shady, honestly. Between all of these attempts, we wasted 4 hours in driving time going back and forth to the garage for absolutely no reason other than to piss me off. That's what you get with these corporate outfits, and that's what I get for not doing my research on this company. They don't give a shit about you as a customer, and they certainly don't value your business. They treat their employees like shit, which leads to poor service and high turnover. All that matters is making money for the dear, almighty shareholders. They have to invent new ways to overcharge and overprice in order to do it. It's literally the business model. They don't need a loyal customer base, just desperate people who need their vehicles fixed. People are always desperate and in need of vehicle repair. It's kinda like the healthcare "industry."
