Midway Ford's "lounge" room is pretty mid with its dusty coffee shelf, Krusty Keurig and mismatched seats. Not the way I'd go next time. The service was fine, but like most dealerships, I lost my shirt and even a layer of my own skin on the labor rates. The lady who answers the phone is professional and polished - so much so that it's almost frightening. So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck. Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area. Nice clean shop (and waiting area). Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom and in front of the (Awesome) custom Bronco. I'd buy a truck from him any day! Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.

I took my car there Friday to get the sticker and was failed for every single little thing possible. Some of the things included tires and bulbs so I let them put in the bulbs. When I got home I noticed the right side low beam wasn't working at all and worked perfectly before. So I take it back in today and Travis tells me well we only changed the right side low beam you'll have to wait and we'll look at it. Which is the exact thing no longer working so then I'm told "I'm not sure it may be the switch". So I take it to Monroe's and they tell me it's not the switch it's the wiring and they'll take a better look tomorrow but now I will not be able to get my sticker, even after spending 2 grand. Thankfully Monroe's is replacing all 4 ball joints that Britt tires failed me on for the sticker, considering as something so simple as a bulb went wrong. Not only that but Travis insisted on ordering me the cheapest tires, master tracks. A very very nice employee named brad suggested better tires for the same price and Travis scolded him right in-front of me saying no I said to just order her the master tracks. We both were in shock the way Travis acted about it and I said well someone is miserable... So miserable that I'm questioning the inspection and most of all I'm wondering why I couldn't get help fixing the issue he created. Instead he chose to be rude to me a third time, costed me thousands and made it to where I still cannot get a sticker. Don't go here you will regret it.

Plus, I don't have to go there anymore in-as-much as my car is no longer under factory warranty. Anyway, my beloved Karlie (Kia Optima) was rattling, shaking and making weird noises. Travis, and his team at Brit, were genuinely kind, patient to explain and answered all of my questions. I was totally comfortable leaving my car with them. Later in the day Travis called and explained what needed done and how much it was going to cost. I was aware that it needed several repairs, therefore I knew it was going to cost a bit. My instincts told me that I could trust him 100%, so I had no qualms paying a fair price for, what I just knew, was going to be quality work. And I was not disappointed. When I collected my car and drove away, I almost cried for joy. She rides beautifully...I am so very happy!!! I've just been driving around town for no reason other than the pure joy of driving. Lady that works up front is very rude and has an attitude. So here's the deal. They failed my inspection on my vehicle. The vehicle which I have been driving around for two years with no issues ever of getting it inspected. My window tint is 35% and they said they put their meter on it and it was at 34%. Give me a break. 1%, who do you think you are? You're not making the roads safer because of a 1% percent difference on window tint. Get over yourself. I also had to pay 11$ for the rejection sticker, do people still reject cars these days? Most places at least have the decency to keep your existing sticker on but not this shit hole. Also, I'm pretty sure they spit on my tire too. Terrible place. Spare yourself and don't go there.
