Since we weren't sure if the leak was roof or window related, we contacted iRoof. Steven replied promptly and assured us they would have a look into the situation, give a free estimate of repairs. Within hours, Ryan from iRoof arrived. He quickly assessed the problem and in his opinion the leak was probably caused by rain water entering by the outdoor siding or lack of exterior caulking around the window frame. Ryan provided pictures to confirm his suspicions. He further advised to have a window company evaluate the issue and to have the areas he mentioned (siding and window frame) properly treated with exterior caulking.
