Since we weren't sure if the leak was roof or window related, we contacted iRoof. Steven replied promptly and assured us they would have a look into the situation, give a free estimate of repairs. Within hours, Ryan from iRoof arrived. He quickly assessed the problem and in his opinion the leak was probably caused by rain water entering by the outdoor siding or lack of exterior caulking around the window frame. Ryan provided pictures to confirm his suspicions. He further advised to have a window company evaluate the issue and to have the areas he mentioned (siding and window frame) properly treated with exterior caulking. Lastly, if these didn't eliminate the problem, Ryan suggested to contact them for a further inspection and evaluation. iRoof was professional, thorough and insightful with handling our concerns. Had to wait days to get an estimate from the other paving companies and not all provided written estimates, even upon request. After having all estimates and knowing that A Plus Paving was the company that I wanted to work with, I called to see if he'd work with me on the price and we agreed on a price. We knew it was a fill in job, being so small but Richard kept in contact and he and his crew showed up pretty soon thereafter. The crew was knowledgeable, every one had their specific job to do and before you knew it the old asphalt was cut and removed. There was a depression in the gravel but the guys quickly leveled it off, compacted it and the new paving went in. They had to hand form a section of asphalt curb and it looks factory made. The whole job, from start to finish went better than I ever anticipated. I was really nervous about getting this done right but Richard, his son and the whole crew made it happen, I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who has a paving job, large or small to use them.
