Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days. The service was appreciated. Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. They had a much wider selection of shoes than the big box stores ranging in price from very reasonable to top tier expensive. There was even a space in the middle of the store where you could kick around a ball to try the shoes out.
