I rarely get this level of service in stores these days. The service was appreciated. Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. To their credit and being fair, they did get another two cashiers a while later. But why the attitude, why the aggressiveness?
