They can improve by letting everyone know it's not a deep sea fishing trip and just keep it real when advertising with local concierge services hyping them up, because you fish with 20lb test line and troll most of the day in a 4hr trip you'd have a better experience with some locals in the area instead of wasting hundreds of dollars on this boat, the fish you will catch would be smaller than your hand so I recommend this boat for children and 1st timers. But they have an awesome experienced crew though!

Amazing crew, Captain Jordan, Jack, and Karl go out of there way to help you rip lips!! Really fun time!

The process was smooth and well communicated. As my first charter this was simple. The deck hands were helpful also. We did deep sea fishing because we didn't want to assume we would be only sport fishing hoping for a big one. We caught some small blue stripe snapper. It was fun to catch but is an invasive species. We didn't eat it. It was fun and I'm happy that I went with strike zone. They did catch one sport fish (shark) and they called out a kids number to reel it in. After a 30 min fight most got a short video of the shark and it was cut free.

The wife and I went on a 4 hour trip out of Maui, Capt of the vessel was a super energetic polite and super helpful. His crew Erik and Derick help put us on reef fish. We started out trolling for big game fish then went to the reef to fish for reef fish. Although the day was a little slow, we all had some nice strikes and the wife caught two fish. With about 15 passengers, we all had fish or strikes. Thanks for a great time.

My wife took me out fishing for my birthday and we were the only girls on the boat. No matter, the crew were outstanding and they explained everything so well. Since we had never been out fishing in Maui waters all the knowledge they shared was needed. It was a beautiful day and when bottom fishing the captain came out and helped with people who were catching. Taking the fish off the hook and suggesting things. They had music playing and good vibes through the whole trip. When we had to go back to the harbor they took your catch and let you photo them then filet them for you. Once docked they did the same to the bigger fish caught and divide it up for the groups. Definitely will use them again!

Mahi-mahi! A fish so nice they named it twice!

These guys work hard to get you on fish! Thank you Derick and Jack for keeping our lines in the water. Thanks Junior for answering all my questions. You guys made for an enjoyable time on the water.

    Crispy fried snapper and menpachi.

Great day on the water with Captain Dana and crew. This is a great charter for catching a few reef fish, cruising on the water, and relaxing with friends and family. If you're looking to catch a large sports fish this probably won't meet your needs. We came home with Ono, snapper, and menpachi to eat!

SCAM/FRAUD!!! STOLE $1050…read more We had gone back and forth for a few weeks figuring out dates for a fish trip. I was specific I wanted a kayak trip. He assured me that we would not only see bonefish but would also catch them. So finally after settling on a date, I booked and paid for a trip on Dec 21st through Zelle per his request to confirm trip on Dec 22nd. After I paid on 21st, I called Jon Jon to figure out the plan for the following day at which time he asked to switch the guide trip to Dec 24, which I agreed to. On the 23rd before the trip he told me when and where to meet on the 24th. The morning of the 24th he confirmed the time for that day then shortly later he changed the time to about an hour later. No problem for us. Then about 1.5hrs after that, before our trip, he texted and then called me that he had to cancel the trip because he said he was sick but assured me (in text and on phone) he would refund my money. Have called and texted numerous times but he's totally ghosting me - crickets. Filed fraud claims with my bank and will pursue all other legal options to protect others. After the trip, I happened to talked to other fishing locals and guides that I happened to run it on Maui and Kauai and they didn't have positive things to say about him. Interesting enough, shortly before my planned trip on Dec 22nd, his website went down. Could it be because he needs to reboot with a new company and change his name?
