The fact that she's this comfortable behaving like this publicly tells me this kind of behavior is supported or ignored by management. The location also has a "B" health rating, and is constantly surrounded by homeless and drug activity right outside the front door, making it an unsafe and unwelcoming environment for paying customers. This isn't just a bad day or a rude worker--this is a reflection of toxic culture, poor training, and a dangerous lack of professionalism. I will be reporting this incident and the employee's threats to the Better Business Bureau because no one should be threatened or disrespected for speaking up about poor service. Do not eat here.
