I had told the owner I didn't feel comfortable leaving the belt and buckels with them due to the newness of the leather findings replaced a couple of weeks ago. Owner let me know that she would cover them, take special care of them, and that 'they were the best dry cleaner' in the area. After much convincing I did leave my coat for cleaning. Today upon picking it up, all the brand new leather findings were destroyed. I was told 'it was not their fault', and that no discount was being offered, and I need to 'pay and go' after asking for a solution now that I had to repair said items. Female owner was argumentative and not at all open to an amicable solution, and told me 'i will black list you from all other dry cleaners' by phone call due to my asking for a solution to destroying my coat. Female owner let me know she was the victim in this situation. Her overreaction and completely unprofessional behavior was shocking to say the least! An attempt at calm negotiation was met with letting me know she thought I was 'a liar' about the newness of my leather findings. I will never again use this cleaner and you shouldn't either unless you like destroyed items and a blatant disregard for customer service. DO NOT USE this dry cleaner!!!

When I arrived, I reminded the worker that we spoke on the phone and was there to drop off the curtains and she took about 10 minutes analyzing the curtains, sending pictures to someone about them and measuring them. When I asked what was going on, she mentioned that she didn't know what the price would be and that she was working with the owner to determine the pricing for these curtains. She later said that they wouldn't know what the cost would be I told her that I was confused since she had given me a quote on the phone and she said, "well, I just guessed because I didn't know what they would be like" despite me giving her a very detailed description of what I was trying to bring in. I told her that I would be leaving since I didn't want to leave that behind without pricing and she was encouraging me to leave them all behind or to leave at least one panel behind so that she could get back to me with pricing. I declined. Seems awful unprofessional to lie to customers on the phone to get them to come in and then on top of that, to not offer a quote when you're staring at the product live. I wouldn't return here and would not recommend this business to anyone else.
