I brought in a dress to get the zipper fixed. They charged me $45 dollars for it. My dress was white and had no stains on it. When I got it back there was a stained. They said that is was an old stain and that they couldn't get it out. Then I asked for a refund for the cleaning but they refuse. dropped my pants off Friday was told to pick it up Monday went Monday and they were just now started on them. Okay cool came back the same day they were closed cool. Finally picked my pants up on Tuesday and nothing that I wanted done was done my pants looked better before I drop them off. I wanted to get my pants altered so they fitted tighter at the bottom because they are for prom which I'm wearing Jordan's and dress pants don't look good baggy at the bottom.Paid $60 something and am not even happy with the result. read more

Brought in a pair of Service Dress slacks for a quick turn alteration. They offer a 'while you wait' option, but I needed them cleaned as well and they were ready the next day! avoid this place, charged me for things they didn't make, continually repeat themselves up to an over 10 and 15 times saying the same thing instead of being able to converse or discuss anything and if that's not bad enough, the quality of the things I did get was for low stitch, count, causing the font to be grainy, worst place ever read more

I went in to have a two piece suit dry cleaned. I asked how much to tailor a pair of pants. Was told $15.00. Dry cleaning was $15.00 when I went to pay, it came out to over $44.00. I asked how? and wanted to see the receipt. On the receipt it was $25.00. I said to her you told me it would only be $15.00 to tailor the pants. She just says to me yes its all done. I repeated that you told me it was only $15.00 and again she says "yes it's all done". She acted like she didn't understand what I was saying. Got so mad I just left before I said something I would regret later. Even tho they are just down the street from me I will go to the other side of Lakewood to use another dry cleaners. read more

I'm pretty meticulous when finding alterations that are NOT GOOD....BUT GREAT!!! OK Cleaners are GREAT!!! Far exceeds my HIGH expectations for alterations! The nicest ladies work here! I used to ONLY take my alterations here back in 1996-2005. I recently moved back to the area...and decided to stop by to see if the original owner still worked here...SHE DOES! Rank patches were sewn on a uniform in a way that can only be described as "boss eyed." Didn't even cover up the marks from where the previous patches were. There's no way you can show up looking like that! Had to take them off and sew them back on myself. The work was done quickly, but... not worth it when everything is crooked. Ridiculous. read more

If you're in the military, or even looking to get some good, quality dry cleaning, steer clear of this place. While the employees were certainly pleasant enough, the service left something to be desired. I gave very specific instructions as to how certain uniform items needed to be dry cleaned and they were still done incorrectly. One of my shirts didn't even look like it had been dry cleaned or pressed. Just not a good experience at all. My experience with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. As others have posted, if it were possible to give this so called establishment a zero, I would do so. For starters, my uniforms were not even ready the morning I was scheduled to pick them up. So I returned the following day only to find out THAT THEY WERE STILL NOT READY! The manager had the nerve to say in a very rude tone "Well they were ready, the lady who was suppose to pick them up from the dry cleaners just forgot to get your items." I was simply just dumbfounded by her response. To add insult to injury, the manager, Virginia, was unapologetic about the whole situation, never once apologizing for their oversight but instead was rather defensive. The silver lining to this whole situation was saying to a another customer who was waiting in line "I'd go to another place if I were you." Needless to say, he heeded my counsel and was directly behind me as I exited the building. So if you're looking for a dry cleaner and alteration shop, this is not the place to go. read more

Let me tell you! Ok Cleaners saved the day for me. I had an ALS graduation to attend and I didn't realize that I had the wrong rank on my uniform until about and hour before it started. I drove to Ok and the seamstress was not there but she came in just to help me out. She didn't have to at all because she was off work. I had a correct uniform in about 15 minutes and I'm super thankful for them. If I don't know another example of great service, they represent it to the fullest! If I could leave less than 1 star - I would. The first time I brought my clothes in, I picked them up and suddenly they had holes in them. SO, without saying anything, I figured maybe my pants were old and after several harsh washes, they just got holy. Nope, brought in another set of clothes and these ones are ruined too. I spoke with the lady working there and she couldn't seem to find anyway to fix the problem so then I called the owner and he wanted to give me $6.00 back to fix the problem. Yes, SIX WHOLE DOLLARS. Does this replace my clothes? Nope. Does this refund me the money I spent at even one clothing drop off? NOPE. TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT BRING THEM YOUR CLOTHES. Worst alterations experience ever. I left my flight suits off for rank, came back and wrong rank sewn on. Came back the next day and waited over an hr for them to open because they had incorrect hours on their business card and door. When they finally opened, they had yet to fix my uniforms even though they told me it would be done the day prior. On top of everything the work they did do on the uniforms w/ the incorrect rank was sloppy. Do not go here, horrible experience. read more
