My husband and I have been using this facility for about a year and never have been treated so rudely. This female light skinned was rude to my husband a few weeks ago and i am very hesitant to return. I have come up there several times to ask who was in charge and was told by her that she was the manager. I can hardly believe that. I smell marijuana every time i'm there. I have witnessed her going to her car or smoking outside with a small infant on her hip. There are other people there not sure if employees smoking with her. I'm thinking about notifying CPS and BBB. When I asked what was going on, she mentioned that she didn't know what the price would be and that she was working with the owner to determine the pricing for these curtains. She later said that they wouldn't know what the cost would be I told her that I was confused since she had given me a quote on the phone and she said, "well, I just guessed because I didn't know what they would be like" despite me giving her a very detailed description of what I was trying to bring in. I told her that I would be leaving since I didn't want to leave that behind without pricing and she was encouraging me to leave them all behind or to leave at least one panel behind so that she could get back to me with pricing. I declined. Seems awful unprofessional to lie to customers on the phone to get them to come in and then on top of that, to not offer a quote when you're staring at the product live.
