I recently moved into a new home in which the previous owners left behind some velvet black out curtains - and they were filthy, but in great shape. I called ahead to find out how much it would be to get all 10 panels cleaned and thought the price was very reasonable. When I arrived, I reminded the worker that we spoke on the phone and was there to drop off the curtains and she took about 10 minutes analyzing the curtains, sending pictures to someone about them and measuring them. When I asked what was going on, she mentioned that she didn't know what the price would be and that she was working with the owner to determine the pricing for these curtains. She later said that they wouldn't know what the cost would be I told her that I was confused since she had given me a quote on the phone and she said, "well, I just guessed because I didn't know what they would be like" despite me giving her a very detailed description of what I was trying to bring in. I told her that I would be leaving since I didn't want to leave that behind without pricing and she was encouraging me to leave them all behind or to leave at least one panel behind so that she could get back to me with pricing. I declined. Seems awful unprofessional to lie to customers on the phone to get them to come in and then on top of that, to not offer a quote when you're staring at the product live. Charged us extra $20 because he cleaned them when all we requested was for them to be hemmed. My wife said to him "I said I only wanted them hemmed" the. The owner laughed in my wifes face and said "sorry that's what we charge " my wife said I didn't ask for them to be cleaned...they were brand new and never wore when I brought them in I did not want them cleaned. He said "sorry that's what I have to charge u" I then requested to see the invoice to see if it said for them to be cleaned and he said "I don't have it" we just go off what u ask" then I requested him to take off the cleaning charge and he said "no". Dropped 15 items at cleaners. picked up on 10/11/2017. discovered I was one pair of pants short (while in the store) Because they were very busy I suggested he call me back later in the afternoon. NO Call. Dropped dry cleaning off multiple times from 10/11/17 to now. each time I asked for the pants. "They will look".NO CALL Mentioned to the gentleman that this lost item has has been gone for 9 months or more and we needed to work out the issue. He questioned if he had lost the pants! (i.e. Yes, I had Documentation--hard to argue with his company receipt that HE gave to me) NO CALL. Finally someone called. I was told that the "INSURANCE COMPANY" allowed $25.00 for the pants. I could have a credit on my account!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. wont be returning. read more

Went there to try to get a button repaired on a coat. The guy couldn't guarantee he could fix the button. He said he definitely couldn't put the same button on it and we asked if he could put another kind of button on it. He said he'd give us a call and let us know what he could do. Didn't give an estimate. Never called. We swung by a week or so later to check on it. He sewed Velcro on the pocket and charged us $8. Bullshit. Velcro is not a button. And he didn't ask our permission to do this nor give us an estimate. We'll have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly. read more

I've tried several cleaners in the area, and this one is by far the best I've found. They have a very quick turn around time, and they do an excellent job on my clothes. I took a blazer there last week and mentioned to the woman at the counter that I didn't want them to press the lapels flat (dry-cleaners are bad about doing this). When I picked the blazer up, the lapels had a nice roll to them and were not flattened at all. The lady even remembered me and made sure to show me that they'd done as I asked. It took longer than I imagined, but I was told when dropping off a suit on Thursday that it wouldn't​ be ready until Wednesday. No biggie because I want in a hurry to get it back. $13 to get the suit dry cleaned seemed reasonable. Got it back in great condition. read more
