Two men did the work. They arrived on time. They presented well, were professional, courteous and worked hard throughout the entire process. They carefully packed all my belongings taking time not to damage anything. Not only did they move my items with a very short turn around time but I paid extra for them to take some items to the dump for me! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was the whole process from booking the job until it was finished was worth every penny spent.. the price was fair as well... I highly recommend them

The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn't even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. Not a single item was broken or damaged; which is to be expected with pretty much every move. My wife was also extremely impressed with their work ethic and manners. They are great with dogs too;) Huge thank you to the John Volken Academy Movers who did our 6+ hour drive (one way!) move, and the ones on the backend who got us scheduled within a weeks time, and for an unbeatable price.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! Different work habits of crew. A couple of the movers were careful and considerate, while another…read morepair who acted friendly enough were often careless and irresponsible. They dumped boxes in the carport when they were clearly marked for the house. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. They failed to reassemble a bed after they've taken it apart. They gouged walls as they moved around the house. They damaged the concrete front steps with their dolly. Each day as we unpack we discover more problems. Boxes labeled fragile beneath a heavy box of books. More boxes dumped on the wrong floor of the house. On the day the crew loaded the truck, one of the two locked himself into a bathroom (which still needed to be packed) for a half hour and wouldn't respond when we asked him to finish his business and get out. Moving is stressful enough without having to monitor movers and their every action. You trust they'll do a competent job and only find out they didn't after you pay the final bill and they drive off to the next job.

Due to a previous commitment I was not able to meet him at the unit out of state or at the destination unit. We signed the contract and I handed him the keys. He and his team did a fabulous job moving the items and organizing at the new facility! They created a pathway so I can reach all the items! I say downright nasty grouging the customer type of attitude. No way. I've received bids from other companies in the $20+ range not some outrageous price of $46750. which did not include tax OR my vehicles. I declined their bid because it was so high and Mark is very pushy. I hate dealing with people like that.

We did a walk through before starting the move and went over what all needed to be moved. They were honest and raised concerns about moving our tv as it's pretty thin, and took extra precautions to pack it. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were extremely quick in loading and unloading. They were quick in assembling and dissembling. They finished our move in lesser time than expected!
