I recently decided to get a motorcycle again. I'm 55 and rode a 1500 Vulcan in the past, but I had…read morehip replacement surgery recently and had to give it up. After rehab, I started getting the desire again and began looking for a bike. I was unsure as to what I wanted, so I spent a lot of time sitting on a lot of different bikes at a lot of different dealers. My 20 year old step son was also looking for a motorcycle, his first one. Our experience at All Out Power Sorts in Daytona Beach was by far the best. Randy patiently took the time with us to answer every question. Never one time did he try to "hard sell" us. He was also very reasonable when it came to discussing offers. He accepted my step son's offer, took his scooter in on trade, and even let him keep riding the scooter until he got his motorcycle endorsement. He bought a 2002 Suzuki 650 Savage. Randy gave him a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. About a week after picking it up, he noticed oil leaking. No questions asked, Randy said bring it in and replaced a seal. After bringing the bike home, days later it began to leak again. Randy said bring it in again, they had to order special parts and let my stepson take his scooter back to ride until it was properly fixed. My bike had a couple issues after I brought it home as well. I bought a 2007 Honda VTX1300 with 30,000 miles on it. Beautiful Bike. Chrome everywhere. I made Randy an offer and he accepted it. I wanted to make sure I didn't pay too much so I shopped around a lot. I got a really good bike for a fair price. Also gave me a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. My wife wanted to get a more expensive bike, but I was unsure because of my new hip. So Randy told me that if I ride around and want to trade up right away, he'd give me full credit for what I paid for the Honda if I decide to trade up. My bike had trouble starting the first morning I brought it home. Again, no questions asked, Randy said bring it in. The mechanic "John" trouble shot it, and discovered that one of the charging wires was not working properly, had to order a new one, so they lent me a plug-in charger to plug in to my bike until they got the part in. Once it came in, they fixed it right up, and I haven't had a problem since. For the price, the quality of the bike, the quality of the service and the positive attitude of the staff, you won't find a better place to buy a used motorcycle in Central Florida than All Out Power Sports

What is it with this particular chain of motorcycle shops? It seems like the corporation that runs…read moreit goes around looking for motorcycle shops in busy areas that are not doing well, buy them up, slap their corporate logo on everything, bump the prices up on everything they sell, and people just... accept it. Every Ride Now I have been in is there because it was an old shop that got bought out, and the building they are in always seems to have something off about it. This is the second one where the bathrooms are some of the oddest ones I have ever been in. I know of another store location where the bathrooms have literally been condemned and they have had to install a fancy porta-potty out in the parking lot for everyone to use. OK... aside from that, when I first pulled up to this store location, parking was fine though a bit cramped... not really a lot of parking available here. Walking up to the place, I first went down the line of used bikes that they have. Sadly nothing really popped out at me as being what I was looking for. Got to the end of the building, then went inside and worked my way through the new inventory. Again, nothing there that was what I was looking for. A lot of models that should have been there were missing, including manufacturer flagship models. Walked the entire way through the store, back out to the parking lot, and hopped back onto my bike. Didn't get a single approach from sales personnel asking if I was finding what I needed, or asking me what I was looking for. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Rode out of there sorely disappointed in the customer service of the place, along with the knowledge that there is really no need for me to return.

As I was driving to finalize the sale of this ATV the sales person Jayden Harper messaged me to inform me he was mistaken on the pricing that it's now $10,599. It was the old deceptive sales practice called bait-and-switch. The Federal Trade Commission needs to start fining these powersport companies. They have gotten away with this deceptive sales practice for way too long!!

The guy that took over Sonny's garage is a real crook. I had my son's car towed to the shop and I…read moretold him to let me know what the problem is before he fix anything. He called and told me the car was misfiring and he also told my son that too. We both gave him the okay to proceed with the car. He called my son back and told him that he needs back brakes and 1 rotor. Which my son said he gave him a price for that. So I called him and asked him about the brakes and the one rotor. He gave me a different price from what he gave my 18 year old son. So when I asked him about the price he gave my son. He started getting loud and mad. He told me to come and get the car and don't come back. So when I arrived to pick up the car I paid him $500 and I left. The following week the car started doing the same exact thing that it was doing when I took it to him to fix it.So I returned back to the shop and he told me that he wasn't going to fix the car. So he said he was going to called the police and I told him to call the f**** police and I'll wait for them because you did something to my son's car before I got there. So the police came and I told the police my side of the story and then the police said he will see if the car was under warranty and it should be. So the cop walked up to the mechanic and I stood outside the road while he tells the cop a lie. The cop came back to me and stated that he said that the parts are under warranty but not the parts that are missing I asked the cop what part(s) is missing? The cop said he doesn't know what part is missing. I said that doesn't make any sense and what did I pay for? He never mentioned anything other than what I paid for. The only thing is missing is whatever he did to the car before I got there. So he verbally trespassed me and I will see him in court with that body cam video with him saying what he said. Please stay away from that guy. He's a crook and he is the only mechanic that works there. Sonny's is no longer there and he was an honest person from what I was told. That's why I went there and I didn't know Sonny retired from there
