After coming to McRoberts to try and get the issue taken care of, I was told only 1 tire would be replaced under recall. When voicing my concern about putting 1 new tire with 3 used, Hatch, the owner, said he understands my concern but unless the other tires showed any signs of manufacture issues or defects, that he would not replace them. He never even checked. I even offered to pay for a prorated set as per the Nitto manufacturer, which Hatch the owner refused to do. It should be noted that he did not inspect the 3 other tires on my truck. This has been a nightmare that has now fallen on the consumers shoulders. I buy a set of tires from a Robert's Tire and then they tell me to kick rocks when it comes time to make things right. Do better Hatch, even when telling him that I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, he tells me " good for you". Here I am with an issue and Hatch, the Owner, wants to be condescending and sarcastic. I wish I would have never found this place.

Each time we had an agreed time that he would come whether it was in the morning, he would call me a few hours after the scheduled meeting and says he has another job in a different city. STAY AWAY! I rescheduled once after waiting until 5pm for him to get to the location and we rescheduled for the morning. I called him the next morning and texted him. He finally calls be back at noon saying he has another job to go to and what time I'll be at home. Dude, I can't keep waiting for you all day for you to just not show. I told him to forget about it and I'll find someone else. Honestly, if your time means anything then you'll just hire someone else.
