Love the beer, the atmosphere is super chill, they have great local bands, and a super cute cat!

Great brewery in a new great location! The beers are always delicious and the staff are always friendly, including the cat! I love how they regularly host events for all interests. A wonderful place to hang out and have a good time. New management is so awesome too!!

Strum Brewing Co. is hands down one of my favorite spots! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and full of great energy. The beer selection is fantastic--everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. Whether you're into lighter brews or something a little more bold, there's something here for everyone. A huge shoutout to Kim, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the beers, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. It's rare to find service that genuine, and it really stood out. Great drinks, great vibe, and amazing people. Strum Brewing Co. absolutely nailed it. I'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch brewery experience!

Really great vibes and the beer is exceptional, "how are the things" was my favorite! Give them a try if your in downtown Ontario

New owners. So thought id check it out again. Good ambiance. Good beer. Glad to have a local brewery. They also have comedy night once or twice a month

First stop on a night of brewery hopping. I got the mango lager. The mango flavor threw me off. This beer didn't have to be brewed. I'm sucker for trying things though. However, the service was good and the space was nice to enjoy a brew. I look forward to coming back and trying more beer.

Stopped in to meet up with some friends from church for some brews and fellowship. This is a nice spot on Euclid ave. In downtown Ontario. It was my first time there and servers were very friendly and took my order right away. One of the patrons there had her cat that looked like a mini leopard. She must have been a regular, as the servers let him walk on the bar area. I like breweries that are animal friendly! My first beer was a brown ale which was pretty basic. After that, i ordered a guava IPA, or something like that, i cant remember the name, but it was amazing! I will definitely come back again.

Beer was okay, nothing to write home about. Major issues in the interior. Owners keep a cat and let it walk all over the counter and space. Allergies beware!!! No AC!!! Do not come here on a hot day. It was about 80 degrees inside and I was sweating while sitting down.

Ask the Community - Strum Brewing Co.

Hi. Do you serve food or we allowed to bring?

Hi! We do not have a kitchen, so we sell prepackaged snacks (beef jerky, chips, pretzels, cookies, brownies, etc.) or you are welcome to bring in food! There are restaurants all around, and we occasionally are able to secure a food vendor pop-up…

    Is it kid friendly?

    We are kid-friendly.

It says by appointment only, how does that work and how does one make an appointment?

Hi Priscilla. We moved our tasting room to 315 N Euclid Ave, Ontario. For some reason, Yelp has not been able to update our info. The tasting room hours are Tues–Thurs 4pm–10pm; Fri & Sat 2pm–midnight; and we are closed Sun & Mon. No appointment…

    Do they allow dogs here?

Hi Sean, we love dogs, but well-behaved ones are our favorite!

Any live music Saturday night?? If so, time? Thanks! 🍺🍺🍺🍺

When I asked for a recommendation, the bartender(?) was very patient with me and gave me samples of two of their bestsellers while explaining the flavor profiles. I ended up getting the "sour" one (can't remember the name oops), which she and I both said it doesn't taste sour to us, though my friend said it was very sour when he tried Pricing was very good! Mine only came out to about $13 for a 12oz, when I was expecting $25 (maybe I'm just used to cocktail pricing haha) It was extremely busy on a Friday night, but there was still a few empty seats! Atmosphere was lively, warm, and relaxing. There was also a taco truck the day we went Though not sure why so many people brought their kids... or how they got past security LOL

The tajin rim is wack and they use cheap chamoy to coat it.. $1.50 for a sprinkle rim of tajin, just bring your own. The outside tap drinks don't have the same selection as the ones inside. Bartenders are nice but really work for a tip by asking a lot of questions. I get being friendly and relationship building but sometimes it's just awkward and puts you in a weird situation feeling forced to tip on the screen. And if you don't tip after they serve your drink and you say thank you they just walk away no "your welcome" or "enjoy", not that it's needed but hey customer service is nice. The vibes are nice inside and outside. There are some good food vendors and some not so good. They are kid and pet friendly.

As an avid beer drinker, Rescue Brewery is one of my go-to breweries in the area. It is always clean, has friendly staff, and has great brews and food! Before sitting down, you're supposed to order your beers with the nice beertenders at the front. I usually get the Haze Against The Machine. They also have a good menu and a happy hour! I had ordered their garlic fries and their poke nachos. The beertenders gives you a number, then you can display it at the table of your choice. The atmosphere inside is nice' they have cute string lights placed all around. They're also usually playing modern music or country. It does get a bit loud in there dependent on how many people are inside. Their garlic fries are very crispy and have garlic pieces sprinkled on top. The sauce it comes with is addicting. My favorite is definitely their poke nachos! It has an abundant amount of tuna sprinkled over it with jalapeños, pickled onions, pickled radishes, and their delicious sauce. Their wonton chips are very crunchy, too! I washed it down with my IPA that was super hazy and crisp. I've been here a few times, but forget to check in/do a review. I didn't forget this time! They're always consistent in every aspect, so brewery hoppers, you need to put this on your list!

Good ole' Yelp suggested this place (because our hearts can use some rescuing.) Found parking nearby. (Special note: we had to walk by a center gazebo of some sort that is sitting in the middle of the street. It was empty and seemed out of place because at the time, it was playing Christmas music and it wasn't Christmas.) But I digress... Place is modern industrial but chill and casual. It looked like a popular watering hole with the neighbors as it was full for a Thursday early afternoon. We found a spot near the huge window to feel some fresh air. At the time, the bar was ran by a crew of women and they were so cool. My bartender allowed me to try some samples on tap. You also get to order food at the bar and you get it served to your table. I got the "I'm Your Huckleberry" and the "Mango Blonde". Loved them. They were fresh and crisp and easy to drink . We got the usual suspects to share: poke nachos, chicken pesto flatbread, some fries, wings and a pretzel. All of it were good and it was more than enough for three people. Great spot. Wish I had pictures but we spent too much time talking and enjoying company.
