We were did not have a color in mind when we re-did our floors so his team was able to provide a number of options/materials that would fit into the quote that he provided. Once the material/color was chosen, the work was scheduled for the week after. On the day of the installation, Raymond showed up on time and finished the job in just one day. First impression meeting with Rafi was good. Unfortunately it just went downhill from there. The…read morefirst team who did our floor and stairs seemed to be professional as well. We did feel 12 bags of self leveling concrete was excessive when it looked like it was only used on a few corners of the room in a job less than 900 sq feet. Unfortunately one of the stair nosing broke within a couple weeks of install. Rafi was responsive in redoing the stairs stating it was a manufacturing defect and that the new version is stronger. Unfortunately the second team quality of work was very poor. They left holes in our walls that were patched poorly with plaster. Worst of all the stairs were apparently nailed to the subfloor and after a few weeks they started to rise leaving little holes and nails protruding from the floor. A few of the stair noses are loose as well. At this point, Rafi became unresponsive to have the flooring fixed. We ended up getting some of our money back through our credit card after months went by but the majority of the payment was by check. Basically we will need to replace the stairs again on our own dime. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything if the installer ghosts you.

They helped us pick out great quality flooring at their display center. We were even able to take samples home to try out under different lighting/times of day. That really helped us make a decision we were comfortable with and excited about. Communication, timelines, information were all on point. When we hit an unexpected issue in the discovery of additional water damage in our home, they were able to think on their feet and help make the necessary changes to the plan. They were busy but always managed to find the time to accommodate our changing situation. The cherry on top was when Jose found an amazing flooring solution to an unexpected issue that we were struggling with in our kitchen. We were faced with the possibility of losing electrical connection for our kitchen island because of a botched job done by the previous contractor but Jose was able to take care of it and still safely install flooring. Lastly, the team cleaned up perfectly after they left. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The work itself is great quality. The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process.
