They yanked the foliage that was growing on it that was old and a fire hazard, and hauled it away. Then they transformed it into this beautiful waterproof cover with a ceiling fan and dimming lights and they even were able to add additional outlets in the legs so that we could have easier access to electricity! During the planning process, I thought I just wanted to have a flat cover, but they suggested doing the gable roof where it pitches in the middle and then we could add our fan because it followed the roof line. I never would've thought of that and I love that we did it. They were fast, they communicated well, they pulled permits for us. The quality is well worth the price!
