I am new to West Chester and I needed to find a jeweler to complete a few repairs, but I was dragging my heels. Meanwhile, my boyfriend needed a link removed from his watch and he decided to try Kerkula's Jewelry, due to its 5.0 Google rating. After he called to confirm that they would be able to help, he told me that he believed the man he spoke to was black! I was very intrigued and decided to tag along. I dropped off several pieces and they were complete in less than a week! The work looks good, the pricing was fair and the customer service was top notch. They even agreed to meet my boyfriend outside of the shop to deliver his watch due to his work schedule and the tight turnaround he requested!
