Not only is she especially knowledgeable about each of Rolex's products, but she is also incredibly kind and was able to help me decide which watch was the best for me. It is apparent that she is focused on helping her clients make an informed decision, rather than being pushy in order to make a sale. Her professionalism allowed me to have the quintessential Rolex purchasing experience that watch enthusiasts dream of. She sized the watch to my wrist perfectly, ensured I understood how to operate it, explained what its warranty card covers, and more. This experience was very special to me and truly the icing on the cake, as I was already purchasing the watch to commemorate the end of a great year full of personal milestones. Hilda has since been able to source for me another piece that I purchased this past weekend and am extremely excited about. They have a wide variety of products in their store--for example, aside from their range of Swiss watch brands, Chris is currently sourcing a Wolf watch winder for my brother, and they also have a large selection of jewelry that I'd like to explore further as I continue to visit their store. Thankfully through the use of technology, social media, and a long history of trusting Stuart Kingston, I was able to buy the ring of my dreams. Edward walked/talked me and my mom (she in Delaware and I in Boston) through the purchase of a spectacular ring that I first saw on their Instagram page! Living in Boston (with an ongoing global pandemic) it was not exactly easy to pop down to Delaware and try on the ring. That's where Edward and Jimmy are so great. My mom was able to stop by, see the ring in person while on FaceTime with me, while Edward educated me about the stone and it's history. In less than 24 hours the ring was mine! A small diamond on my wife's wedding band fell out after 2 years of owning it. Not a huge deal, it's whatever. We have had it for 2 years and it's small. Was willing to get it replaced. So she brought the ring in, and somebody took a look at it and said NOOO problem!!! we will replace the diamond for free, and we will ensure the setting isn't loose (turned out it was). So we got the ring back, and not even ONE WEEK LATER! the same diamond fell out while we were at a wedding overseas. One week. So my wife brought it back in to say wtf, you guys "fixed it" but then the same issue happened. You'd think we wouldn't have to pay for it, since they obviously didn't fix the setting. Turns out they want to charge us $100. Whatever. When my wife went to go back after another week of waiting for it to be fixed, they shut the door on her as they were closing and said sorry, everything's locked up. You're a mom and pop shop, not a chain jeweler. You'd think you'd put the customer first and just stay open another 5 minutes to help somebody else. Worst part of it all: the lady said "oh you should have called when it fell out! we probably would have replaced it for free" as she is swiping the credit card. WHAT?! We are telling you now!!! after THOUSANDS and thousands of dollars spent here, no way I am ever stepping foot in there again. For those reasons, I'm out.

There is no better place to go to for purchasing new jewelry or having an old piece made into a new and fabulous piece. Continental Jewelers will also help you sell an old piece that you do not want anymore. I have gone to Continental for all of those reasons. Purchasing special necklaces for daughter and niece. Selling a necklace and ring of my grandmothers and more recently re-doing two pieces into something I could wear and use daily. Chrysa helped me every step of the way in each transaction. She always listened and provided wonderful recommendations based on what I provided. He seemed very knowledgeable of their collection and the benefits of buying a Seiko from Janvier as opposed to anywhere else. I did not feel too pressured to buy anything, and was able to look for as long as I wanted before letting the salesman know I was heading out. Overall not a bad experience.
