He assured me that everything was being taken care of, and, in the end, I was able to enjoy the process. At every step of the way, I felt valued, heard, and taken care of. I am extremely grateful that my sister randomly stumbled upon this business' IG when I was looking for a jeweler that felt like the right fit. He and his team have created an atmosphere not like any other business of their kind. And thank goodness for that. They are actually lively, filled with personality, and accommodating. No matter if your budget is more modest or extravagant, Michael will go above and beyond to make sure you are 110% happy with your purchase. A little bit about my story- I wasn't sure what diamond shape I wanted when I first emailed Michael. He responded back that it was no problem and during my first appointment, he actually brought a varied selection of 20+ diamonds to view. He was patient and pointed out different characteristics of each shape. He was knowledgeable but not imposing. A true professional and you can tell he is a Certified Gemologist. Went to Michael to have my fiancés engagement ring made at the recommendation of my Brother who went there for his fiancés. Then my younger brother went as well and doubt he would've considered anywhere else after seeing the first two he made for our family. Needless to say we had 3 very happy fiancés. The entire process could not have been any better. The ring came out even better then I ever could've imagined and I'm sure my fiancé would say the same. Michael Goldberg knows what he's talking about. 2.5 years after my engagement, my ring was looking a little bleak. I still loved it, I did, but the way it was designed didn't allow me to clean it thoroughly, leaving a cloudy stone that didn't reflect the brilliance of the fancy light yellow diamond it truly is. Cue: Indulgence Jewelers. Michael took one look and knew what to do. He opened up the head, which allows more light through and makes it much easier to get debris out. Over the hill and through the woods to Greenville we go. Tucked away off PA ave sits a cute boutique jewelry store specializing in not so ordinary pieces from some up and coming designers. Im giving this place 5 stars for their awesome selection and customer service. I brought a ring here 3 yeas ago made by Andrea Candela . The ring has pearls (one white and one tahitian black pearl) in the setting. The ring is beautiful but very breakable ( the white pearl seems to come unattached). not any fault of the jeweler pearls are unable to be set they have to be glued. (this was explained to me by the owner who is super nice ). Every time the white pearl comes out I can take my ring there and the pearl is reattached/ and or replaced at No charge to me. I appreciate a small business that looks out for it's customers and their wallets. They have very beautiful pieces and offer a variety if products from one of a kind engagement rings to watches. This place was a GREAT find! We read reviews for Delaware jewelers both boutiques and chains and this one lived up to its great review (so that's why I'd love to help others out!). Michael was a pleasure for my fiancé and I to work with, he helped us redesign a custom ring from stones we had and really took his time to get to know us and find out what we wanted. We didn't feel like it was a sale but a consultation so we could learn and understand what we wanted better. Wow. 5 stars does not even do this establishment justice. The place itself is a quaint, classy store (with jars of candy inside that the staff lavishes on their customers, I might add), and the owner and staff are incredibly warm, personable, and welcoming people. My fiancee and I were referred here by a friend, and we could not have had a better overall experience. Mike (store owner) went above and beyond to ensure that we got our dream ring. My fiancee changed her mind multiple times (which would have frustrated most jewelers), but he met with us multiple times, was incredibly patient, offered tons of suggestions and insights, and made multiple trips to NYC to procure the exact stones (two diamonds and one sapphire) we were looking for. The finished product was amazing, and I was shocked at how affordable the price was (given the size of the stones and the platinum ring). What a gem of a place. I came across Indulgence in my search of jewelers to get an engagment ring made. Looking on yelp ironically everyone was raving about Micheal Goldberg(owner), so I went in. I was searching for a more personal experience rather than the big store buying pressure mentality. Of all the stores I went to Indulgence by far best met my criteria. I definetly needed guidance on what was best for my ring and had some unique design elements I was looking to have put into it. What immediately stuck out to me was Micheals honesty. He was honest about every aspect of what I was looking for and what was best, even if that would cost him my business or make me spend less. He sat down with me and took as long as it took to design exactly what I wanted. I felt so comfortable I let Micheal run with a bunch of the design choices per his experience and he delivered and then some. At no point was there any sort of pressure whatsoever, infact he refused to take a single dime from me until everything was done and I was completely happy with the finished product. If asked for a critique I honestly couldn't think of anything I would change about the experience I had. In the end I got a beautiful ring in my budget that had all the elements I was looking for, simply beautiful. A beautiful bracelet appraised over 8,000 asked $6500 didn't even look at it for a second and said not interested and made me feel like I was retarded.
