Technicians do the typical optometry and medical prep that takes an image of your eye and provides prescriptions. The doctor will do the final exam and then your follow up with a contact specialist as needed. Insurance is not accepted by Dr Held but the price is about the same as going to an optometrist! The staff is friendly and nice and the office is clean and comfortable. Have not seen the other doctors yet, but so far no issues in the time I've been going.
