Good pizza! Prices online other photos were old so I just wanted to let others know.

Updated menu with correct prices. The pizza was really good! The marinara sauce was yummy! The bottom crust of the pizza had a bit of a buttery taste that was good too

Dine in is back (hallelujah!) which makes for a great meal before catching the movie next door at Centre Theater. Great pizza, great atmosphere, and the best cheesy breadsticks on the planet. Also, mellow yellow from the fountain is a serious plus!

Small town feel. The pizza smell is awesome as soon as you walk in. Little hot inside considering it was only 80 outside today.

Real small town feel. There was a family here sitting across 2 tables. They don't have large tables and the 2 in the middle may have been occupied. Employees were super friendly and even walks the pizza out to your table. Super small bathrooms, and they were hot. Eating area was warm as well. Bathrooms were worse than eating area as far as being hot. Bathroom was super clean. Parking was to the left side of entrance. Like 30ft away. Food: amazing pizza. The bread of the pizza is so soft, it practically melts. Of the 3 pizzas, not one was bad. The breadsticks we were fighting over. You will not go wrong with a meal here. Stop one and enjoy some fantastic pizza!

My friends and I were in town for the Bear Lake Trifecta and decided to carb load at Studebaker's. I was not too hungry and initially thought I could only order a medium or large pizza, but I was happy to find out they offered personal sized pizzas. My friends opted for the bbq chicken and sausage & pepperoni. I decided to take the plunge with a Crab Alfredo or something pretty exotic for the region. Well, they did a bang up job of not only delivering on a fast hot pizza with a crispy crust, but also it was loaded with cheese and meat. It was a little overloaded, but more for me! I also tried my friends sausage & pepperoni and it was proportioned out a little better, but the red sauce and crust were top notch. They're conveniently located next to the theatre which makes it a great place for a date or family night.

HAIR NEXT TO THE PIZZA!!! FOUR OF OUR PIZZAS HAD HAIRS IN, UNDER, AND NEXT TO THE PIZZAS!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!

THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD! DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. FOUR OF OUR PERSONAL PIZZAS HAD HAIRS OF DIFFERENT SIZES ON THEM!!! And the hair were in different areas--next to the pizza, under the pizza, under a piece of sausage, in the cheese. I only knew about one of the pizzas because the other people in my group did not tell me until later! This was the worst experience I've ever had with getting take-out. The health department should shut this place down!! I should have heeded the red flags: The woman who took our order had terrible customer service; the man making the pizzas did not wear gloves nor did he wear a hair net; all three of the workers looked at us with contempt. Tourists: beware! Montpelier locals: eat frozen pizza or make your own!

The pizza that is NOT suppose to have peppers of any kind on it.

We ordered a medium pizza: 1/2 the whole nine yards, but no peppers of any kind, the employee repeated back that no peppers of any kind would be on the pizza. the other half of the pizza was pepperoni and mushrooms. We got home home and guess what was on the pizza? Peppers! Both green and jalapenos see photo! We called the manager and all he could do was defend the idiot who took the order rather then try to make it right with local who helps to keep him going long after the summer tourist leave. Not very nice. Update: The owner contacted me and straightened the situation out. Only fair that I updated my review as well.

Great tasting pizzas. We ordered the Pacific Alfredo and the Meat Eaters pizzas. Both medium.-sized. The portions are big enough for four hungry eaters and the price is cheap for the amount of pizza you get. It was our first time ordering here and glad that we did. Will order again when we travel through this way.

Good idea to call ahead 208-847-3020. Takes 45 mins to an hour to get your order. We called ahead and dined inside. The pizzas are buy one large, get 2nd large pizza for $6.99 all the time. Great pizza, lots of toppings, and buttery yummy crust! My only complaint was customer service over the phone wasn't very friendly.

The price is good and the pizza are pretty good... but just good as we are in the middle of nowhere (very few restaurant around). With $6.99, we got medium BBQ Chicken with Bacon pizza. My son loved it, while I felt that the pizza is OK... very cheap to fill-in two adults and a six-year-old. While the "true star" is a-two-star, but in this part of the world, it could be considered 3.5 stars, as literally, we're in the middle of nowhere...

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about this place . Sadie, our service was an absolute delight!…read moreThe beer selection was extensive and SO GOOD. We tried the pesto pizza with elk and a house salad, uh AWESOME! Would come back often if we lived here. Definitely worth a stop.

Price = Average | Service = Excellent | Cleanliness = Good | Interior = Rustic Mountain West…read morebrewery | Exterior = Scenic river setting | Parking = Plenty nearby | Would I return? = Yes Overall, Eruption Brewery is one of the more unique food stops in Lava Hot Springs. The standout for me was the Slow Roasted Idaho Elk Sourdough Pizza. The taste is above average, but the uniqueness of the local elk, sourdough crust, maple wood-fired oven, on-site brewery, and river setting pushes the overall experience higher. I would definitely visit again, especially to try more of the pizzas and house-brewed beers. I ordered the Slow Roasted Idaho Elk Sourdough Pizza for $26, which is cooked in their maple wood-fired oven. It comes with basil pesto, a five-cheese blend, slow roasted local elk, roasted bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and microgreens. The basil pesto comes through across the pizza without being overpowering. There is a really good balance between the pesto, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, microgreens, and cheese. What stood out most was that the elk still maintained its own flavor. When biting into a piece of the meat, you can almost taste it separately from the rest of the pizza rather than having it get lost among all the toppings. The slow roasted elk was very tender. The sourdough crust also gives the pizza a lighter and more subtle bread flavor compared with a more traditional pizza crust. Their five-cheese blend was interesting too. It was not as stretchy as the typical mozzarella you would expect on pizza and had a slightly firmer texture, almost reminding me a little of cheese curds. One of the more interesting parts of the restaurant is the huge maple wood-fired pizza oven, which is visible from the dining area. It runs extremely hot, around 900 degrees according to the staff, so my pizza came out surprisingly quickly. This is also a legitimate brewery rather than a restaurant that simply happens to serve a few house beers. They have brewing tanks and equipment right inside the building and offer 20 craft beers on draft. I sampled the You Fuggly Brown Ale, Dirty Blonde Ale, Plum Around Cream Ale, Naked Nut Stout, Patio Pounder Pilsner, and Banana Hammock Hefeweizen. I am generally not much of a beer person, but I ended up ordering the Plum Around Cream Ale. The plum flavor gave it a much more unique taste and made it more enjoyable for me than a typical beer. Service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful with letting me taste the different beers before deciding. The atmosphere is another highlight. It has a rustic Mountain West brewery feel with exposed wood, stone walls, industrial details, brewing equipment, and the huge wood-fired oven all visible from the dining area. Large glass garage-style doors open directly onto the patio, so when they are raised, the indoor and outdoor spaces almost blend together and get plenty of fresh airflow. The location also fits Lava Hot Springs really well. The Portneuf River is only steps away, with trees, a walking area, footbridge, and rocky hills surrounding the area. It gives the restaurant a scenic, relaxed small-town Idaho feel and makes the outdoor seating especially appealing on a nice day. Parking is plentiful throughout the surrounding area, so it should not be much of an issue.
