Their pizza crust is kind of too fluffy and soft, no real bite to it. Like it has neither been kneaded nor left to ferment. Others in our party really enjoyed the bowl option. Weird that they don't call the orders or give numbers, you have to wait for a text. What better to eat after a fun lake day then a hot pizza! We have been to the Bear Lake area many times but this was our first time eating at Summit Pizza. We opted to do take out and enjoy our AirBnb, but the restaurant is spacious and has a fun vibe. We got two 16 inch pizzas, one chicken bacon ranch and a bbq. The pizza was super yummy, all our children gobbled it up. If the kids like it, you know it is good! Service was amazing, and the homemade ranch is everything. we order a pizza online and it said 30 minutes when we got there they hadn't started it so she asked us to come back in 15 minutes, we came back and picked up our pizzas but when we got home and started eating it , it was not all the way cooked it wasn't good we were unable to eat it . it's alot of money to throw away. read more

Pizza is not great. Crust is more like pretzel dough rather than pizza dough. Pepperoni was tasty. But a good amount of the pizza had no cheese because other parts had way too much cheese. We had to clean our own table. You are required to give a cell number to be alerted that your order is ready. None of us had our cell, we left them at camp and we asked if they could just call our name out and the girl at the counter told us she likely wouldn't remember since she gets busy and will forget. We stopped in to summit pizza around 3:45pm and were the only ones there at the time we asked the workers how long 4 small 8" pizzas would be and they said 10-15 minutes. We ordered our pizzas and sat down and 45 minutes later we asked them how much longer it would be and they said our pizzas were sitting on the warmer for awhile and they didn't let us know or call our names. We are staying at Rendezvous Beach for a couple days and this place was recommended by the cute girls working at the rental office there. The pizza was delicious! Absurd prices for mediocre food. I got the veggie delight "pizza" bowl. Which is soggy veggie water on the bottom of a bowl with some veggies and cheese on top. Been going up to Bear Lake my entire life. If we went for pizza we'd always go to the oldest established pizza place and it was good, nothing spectacular, unless you want a giant pizza. And often a long wait. But not a bad experience. But today we decided to try something new for us and decided on Summit Pizza. We were pleasantly surprised and Summit didn't disappoint. They have a thinner crust pizza with good flavor. We ordered the Dan's request pizza, pepperoni pizza, a personal sized Canadian bacon pineapple pizza and jalapeño doodles garlic knots. Okay. First off this place is BUSY on Saturday evenings. I should've known when the lines for most places in bear lake wrapped around their buildings but after a day on water, you have to eat! the wait was 50 mins but we sat outside at the tables and got shakes from next door to wait. In the end, the pizza was delicious. I love this style of pizza with crispy crust and thin pizza with good size pepperonis and fresh basil! They did forget the fresh basil at first but quickly added it. They also left off pineapples on my friends pizza and made them a new one very quickly and let them keep the other one. That's a nice gesture considering the wait for the pizza. I also loved their cheese doodles and their homemade ranch! Summit Pizza Co is absolutely worth a try! Their cheese doodles are everything I love, wrapped into one little ball of heaven. The garlic flavor is definitely prevalent and these are equally as delicious whether you dip them in marinara or ranch. Their ranch is great. Definitely not your average salad dressing ranch. An absolute must if you enjoy ranch as much as I do. Their pizza was standard but tasty. Nothing spectacular, but satisfying nonetheless. We honestly enjoyed the doodles and dessert the most. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Summit has dole whip on their menu! It was delicious and just like I remember from the Tiki Room at Disneyland. Wow incredible pizzas! So much love must be put into them and so much meat and veggies and cheese! Great texture also and it was so flavorful and satiating! Our family of 8 all shared a large pizza and left stuffed! Next time we plan to try their cinninon role doodles which what we heard about to go there to begin with. Such a nice fun area to eat outside! We may grab a pizza and go to the beach next time though with 2 year old triplets in the mix. I was already a big fan of Summit Pizza from their location in Kamas so was excited to see them join the Bear Lake food offerings. The pizza is great whether you just want cheese, meat lovers or any other from their specialty menu. Dough knots are my favorite and the raspberry option was amazing in addition to their garlic cheese and cinnamon standards. We have tried dining in and take out and had good experiences with both options.
