TLDR: i would have preffered a hotel that specializes in long-term guests…read more they are the classic predatory 1st apartment after leaving the parents house. never explain a thing about any of the perks. try to placate with pizza and doughnuts instead of proper maintanence if you move far enough away after living there they send additional charges on top of taking the security deposit. just enough to be substantial, but small enough that fighting it in small claims court would not be worth the travel expenses. if you really must get a bedroom and bus pass within 5 min walk of both universities go for it. however, only park where you can SEE cameras pointing at your car, not all parking lots have security cams.

Since I don't care much for cheese dishes, my Mahi Mahi was by far better with some scallops and shrimp tossed in a white wine sauce.. yummy!! Thinking of my leftovers right now ;) A bottle of San Lorenzo Montepulciano d Abruzzo complimented our meal while we chatted. The pianist Redoblado was amazing.. at least for me. I'm not one to really hone in on songs but could actually identify most of the tunes he played like Sound of Music "favorite things" and "pretty woman" etc. Definitely a relaxing evening with great company. I had the pollo alla parmagiana, my sister had the lasagna, her wife had the spaghetti with meat sauce and my husband had the calzone. The calzone was huge but he thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. I enjoyed my dish. It was flavorful and delicious. Their serving size in general was quite large even for lunch. Needless to say, none of us finished our plates but we all came out stuffed. The place had plenty of tables, spaced well so don't have to feel like you're on top of each other. It is located in a nice area with shopping and other restaurants nearby. Service was friendly and our waiter made sure to keep our waters refilled. Since we drove for quite some time before lunch, we had to use the facilities when we got to the restaurant and happy to report that it was comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a good experience and the food was excellent. I am glad I picked this place to take my sister to. My daughter was scheduled to move into this apartment about a year ago, the Saturday before classes…read morestarted. Unfortunately, she was unable to move in because of a serious roach infestation. The management did not adequately accommodate her situation, leaving us scrambling to find other arrangements. We had to pay for a hotel for an entire week while trying to figure out what to do. What made the situation even worse was that they still thought they could hold my daughter responsible for the lease, even though she could not move into the apartment because of the infestation. Not with these parents! We ultimately had to take them to court to get our money back. We won our case, but even after the judgment, it took them more than SIX MONTHS to pay what they owed. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, especially considering my daughter was preparing to start classes. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to think carefully and do their research first. I highly DO NOT recommend!

They do not care about our safety or convience as tenants. I mean shit I had to walk past a pile of vomit at the bottom of the stairs for two whole months after informing them multiple times about it. There's trash all over the parking lot and I have been told many times that they only do certain things for curtuosey and they don't have to inform us when new tenants are moving in?! I'm sorry but if there is an option to be courteous why would you NOT take it? Let's see because you truly don't give a fuck!
