Donna is phenomenal. I just had my first 90 minute massage from her today. It certainly won't be my last. I can certainly see why she has so many good reviews. Donna is a MASTER at her craft. She is good at reading where the pain is and adjusts her pressure accordingly. One of my biggest pet peeves is the lack of attention to detail; not a problem with her- she is methodical and doesn't miss anything. Her personality parallels her skills. Really easy to talk to, an infectious laugh and a desire to accomodate. Donna doesn't disappoint. Excellent with her time management too! Some therapists get to the end of your massage and have extra time left over and then just keep rubbing over the same spot to burn the time. Donna just timed everything right. It is a learning process to figure out how to manage everything receptive to feedback on the website and the understanding of the miscommunication with how the website can be confusing. Do to this quick response willing to give a higher rating and give this place a chance to earn my repeat business. Being a business owner myself I expect a lot but understand how things can get messed up. Hopefully after massage we can give her 5 stars as I feel her response is plenty. I tried to book an appointment online and chose a time for this Tuesday. I thought I had completed everything but apparently if you don't pay at booking you don't get your appointment. I pay cash for massage so I didn't use the pay now option. There was zero communication about that and no email or anything confirming my appointment or anything telling me it is not confirmed without payment. I emailed asking about the appointment and got no response. (Edited to add the email didn't not go through as it has tried but failed for the last 24 hours to the email provided on the website) I tried to get the special based on reviews but with no ability to book online and no response to emails I will move on to someone else. Buyer beware booking online cause apparently if you don't pay now with a card you don't get an appointment and nothing tells you otherwise. read more

She asked before the massage if any areas of my body needed extra attention and she did a great job giving those spots more focus (stiff shoulders and lower back). Her pressure is deep and very therapeutic. You can tell she does martial arts because she has absolute control of her positioning. I love Ashiatsu, feel it gives a better deep tissue massage than hands. The online scheduling was easy to understand and I had no problems booking the appointment online. I've had a lot of massages in the past 10 years, and I can honestly say that Donna is at the top of her game for deep tissue massage. She's very understanding and accommodating if you want to focus on specific sore spots over and over. She has amazing strength...I love super deep tissue massages, and she was definitely able to deliver. So happy to have found her on yelp.
