One of the worst gel manicures I've ever had. I regularly get my nails done and decided to try a new place...big mistake. The manicure was not only rushed, but the polish job was one of the worst I've had or seen...and I work in the beauty industry. Bubbly, lopsided, lumpy polish, not to mention the polish that was left smeared on my skin. The massage is usually not something to write home about during a manicure, but he might as well not have even done one it was so quick...didn't even put lotion on my hands. Definitely the worst nail place I have been to. My appointment is was at 12:45 I didnt begin until well after 1:05. While the man was doing my nails he was on the phone the ENTIRE time, resulting in careless messy nails, not to mention it took 2.5+ hours for a regular acrylic set just one color. When I book with you I expect that I am booking your time & "multitasking" or being on the phone is not worth anyone's time or money. It was $70 as well where as at the place I typically go to that service wouldve cost $45-$50 & been 1000x more enjoyable and only take 45 minutes to an hour. The WORST!! This wasn't just a bad nail job, it was a traumatic experience. I went in there with my toenails in perfect condition, all I really needed was color but I decided to treat myself to a full pedi. Before we started I asked him to not cut my cuticles and showed him a little open blister on one of my toes to be careful about and, instead of being careful with it, he rubbed it with a towel and then sprayed it with either alcohol or acetone. He hardly did anything to my toenails, filed my skin instead of my nails, and gave me one of those endless up-and-down "massages" on my calves that makes your skin feel unpleasantly numb. I was finally able to relax a little when he started painting, and when he was done I looked down and saw he'd overpainted onto all my cuticles. I asked, "why did you paint the cuticles?" and he got angry with me and said it was because I didn't let him cut them!!! I said that was ridiculous, and he grabbed a metal cuticle spatula and said he'd fix it - but he'd already painted all the coats including a top coat, so dragging a spatula across my cuticles at that point would have just ruined everything and made a big ugly line. I said you can't fix it once the top coat is on, and he got even angrier and started really shouting at me - he was so agressively nasty and abusive. So I got out of there - and I wish I had not stopped to pay - and when I got home, shaking, I took a good look and saw properly what terrible work he had done (see pix of just the toenails), so I called them, he picked up the phone, and I said I wanted my money back and he refused and started shouting at me again. I had to go to another place during the week and get a color change. NEVER go to this place unless you want to completely waste your money and get horribly abused in the process. read more

No hand massage, no paraffin, no frills... 2 days after here are the results: 2 nails are peeling off and 2 diamonds already fell off. My hands are not alot under water; I have a managerial job. My nail tech took a very long time to take my original gel polish off but otherwise the manicure was pretty quick! The job done was pretty good. She is so friendly and work so hard to get you through the process as quickly as possible without butchering your nails. They gaurentee their work and completely fixed a nail that was my fault for free. Kim stated "clients of Oasis nails gets free nail repair as long as it's within 1 week of service regardless whose fault it was." Normally it would costs $5. I would like to say the staff was great bit workmanship and or products are lack lust. Experience: Very calm atmosphere despite tvs on left and right sides of the wall, but at respectful volume levels.The chairs did this weird anal probing massage, after not figureing out the chair mechanics I just turned it off. The guy who gave me the manicure didnt really push my custicles back. I received a pedicure as well. I didnt receive the hot stones but he did do an excellent job at massaging my calfs, ankles and heels. Aftermath:Unfortunately, after a week my gel manicure was chipped and peeling. The gentleman that helped me painted over my cuticles which weakened the finished results but nails that didnt have the cuticles painted over were peeling too. Everyone was nice enough. My pedicure was fine, no complaints. My dip powder however was comically bad to the point I had a very kind customer ask me if I had my child do my nails. I asked for white, and half my nails are, but Mary used a dirty brush that had pink left over on it from another client. So when she dusted my nails off, they turned pink. Her solution was to dip them 3 more times to cover it. It did make my nails of an inch thick. She put the tips on in different directions, made it so not all my nail was covered and when I asked her to make them less thick she tried to "cut out" the pink and exposed more nail. Jabbed my ring finger with clippers, and to stop the bleeding she put super glue on it. This took 2 hours and it looks like I have tik tacs on my nails. My friend got her nails done by someone else and they looked fine. I asked why and they gave her solar whe she wanted dip, and didn't tell her. Again, pedicure was fine but never go to this establishment for dip, maybe solar. Maybe Mary has different skills but dip is not it. At the end she new I was upset, could tell she did a terrible job took my money and wished me happy birthday. read more
