Upon arriving she was about 30 minutes behind, I had my daughter who's 5 go first and she spent about 5 minutes just cleaning up the ends when I wanted a haircut for her. But since we were already behind time I didn't say anything. I also didn't have time for her to style my hair after the cut so paid and left. When I did get home and start doing my hair I realized that there was a huge chunk of the bottom layer of my hair was chopped to about 3 inches (my hair is passed the middle of back! I been growing it out for the last year now the pics are taken now a year later. You can still see how short it is, can only wear by hair down or with tones of clips to hide it.

My daughter came out crying!!! We are latin by the way. My daughter suffers from high anxiety and is on the spectrum. just going to ask for an appointment was hard enough. Being treated in such a crapy manner was not ok. I was furious I did go on line and they had plenty of appointments available. So not sure what the issue was. This ladies don't need any more costumers. She was only asking to book an appointment by the way. I never leave bad reviews but this place needs to work on their customer service.

She says she's running behind, and I look at my phone. I got no calls OR texts, and my booking account is very current. I ask for the wait time. She says 30 minutes. She made me wait 70. After my haircut I got bombarded with calls and texts. (I needed to give her a selfie, is the necklace in the shop mine, etc..) When I finish with a haircut that's what I'm there for - only a haircut. That's it. I blocked her # and now I've had other women from the shop show up on my FB account. I'm not coming back to Allure, I got gaslit by someone I don't even know.

I have been going there for several years and am always impressed with the manner in which they treat all their customers- especially good with older people like me. The lady that called them crooks is terribly mistaken. Try losing a gift certificate for any business and then call them on the phone to see if they will honor the missing item. If this lady had simply brought her Aunt into the shop and told them what happened, I am certain they would have accommodated her. They are honest people just trying to make a living by providing outstanding service- especially to older clients. They are gentle, respectful, and kind. She called them "Malaysian" and said they spoke rudely to her. Did not happen. She needs to go into their shop and explain what happened- not talk to them on the phone as they do not always understand our language.

She arrived and was instructed to sign in. She filled out her name and started to answer other questions such as email and birthdate. It was not an IPad and the keyboard was different than she was used to. She got frustrated trying to backspace and correct spelling. Knowing that she had used the salon just three weeks prior she didn't feel they needed all that info to be repeated so she gave up and sat down. A man she had never seen before approached her with the tablet and pointed out nicely that the info was not completed. She stated that the salon had the info from her appointment three weeks ago and she didn't need to repeat all the information again. He stated that she did indeed need to fill it all out. She stated that it wasn't necessary as it was in their system. He said she HAD to fill it out. She was frustrated with his attitude and stated that she could just use another salon. He became angry and told her to "please leave". She was taken aback and stated that she had an appointment. He restated that she was to "please leave. Just leave please! Go! Leave please." Her hair stylist started to approach her so she told her she was being kicked out. She asked why and my wife told her she didn't fill out the information. At this point the the man is continuing to point and repeat in a raised voice. "Please leave! Please leave." The number of times he stated "leave please" was shocking. She turned to go and stated that he was rude and she left the salon. This all happened in front of the hair stylists and all the clients. She was stunned and couldn't believe she had just been kicked out of the hair salon by a man she'd never seen before. She was also shocked that her hair stylist did not contact her to reschedule (though she would not have done that anyway) or to check on her after being yelled at and disrespected. Apparently there was no concern for well being following such a publicly escalated incident

I came in with dark brown hair. I told her my roots were growing in so my ends were darker than my roots because they grab color whenI try to color my white hair at home. I needed this fixed told her This is the first time I see a stylist since my hair grew back from Chemo and Im going on Vacation in a week. She was very nice and chatty made me feel comfortable. I Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she agreed it was beautiful and doable to hide my white hair. It was a cool brown with balayage in front to hide the gray. She said, No problem Might not get me that light in the front on first try Which I understood. But expected same style at least. .., She proceded to do the high lights after we chatted a while and I kept showing her the pic to please make sure It same style because it was just color blending in the front of face to hide my white hair with an even cool brown thru the rest of hair. When she was done with foil, I asked when she was going to color my dark hair? She said, I thought u just wanted highlights??! Now I'm freaking out... is not Balayage this is highlights from the 80's all over my head and she didn't touch my uneven color hair. I saw she got upset her attitude changed like she was annoyed and said that was a different service. I was confused because I SHOWED HER THE PICTURE. And we agreed. So I was so confused. she finally said she could add a lil color to the top to blend But for some reason only the top of my head. I ended up with black ends with green highlights and redish brown on top with coper highlights. It was a disaster. AND I still had all the white hair showing. She never touched my sides!!!! Which was my reason for going!!. I had all kinds of colors thru my hair. Left worst than before!!! She scheduled me for a follow up to fix hair in three weeks after my vacation but I went back next day and asked if we could fix sooner since I had a vacation coming up and my white hair still showed. Maybe a toner? Well... all she said is, I was going to call u and cancel ur appointment because I'm not the stylist for you... Whaaat?! I tried to be nice and ask if anyone could fix it? But she just wanted to get rid of me. I paid $350 and now I have to find another stylist to fix my hair!! Im so mad! Her name was Nevaeh. She touched my hair knowing fully she didn't have the knowledge to do what I asked all she had to say was no I can't do it. But she waited till she ruined my hair and took $350 from me then told me she couldn't do it!! So I should look for another stylist. DO NO GOT TO THIS SALON! I never complain and was as nice as I could be when I asked them for help. At least some toner or something. I know balayage is out of the question in this salon but make my hair even? this salon has no costumer service. They didn't care! The other stylist there agreed with my complain when she saw my hair but let Nevaeh just get rid of me in the rudest way and stayed quiet. I didn't want to be a Karen and ask for the manager or owner So I just left. What a horrible experience. I lost $350 before a vacation and my new hair after chemo is burned and damaged. I don't know where to go from here. Don't waste your money here.
