On Thursday I had my hair cut & Colored & She put 4 strands of sparkle in my hair the bill was over $100 & I always give her a 20% tip. 2 Days later I go back to her for her to add a few more sparkles in my hair, which would have taken maybe 10-15 minutes. She says "I am too busy, I got a foil job & a cut to do, sorry." She didn't even ask me if I could wait and she could squeeze me in.
