I left with hair colors from orange to white, blotches from bleach, & straight unblended lines in my hair. Had to go to Sally's & let my 15yr sister fix it (she did a better job). I asked for a refund and was ignored, after texting again I was told no & Kristy said she'd fix it for free but I already had it fixed and even if it wasn't I wouldn't have trusted or been comfortable with her trying again just for it to be worse than before and damaged. Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful young woman by the name of Helaina when I treated my fiance to a mani/pedi and myself to a pedi. We laughed and enjoyed chatting while she took her time pampering us. We enjoyed the exceptional massage chairs as we relaxed. We were extremely pleased with our experience and left more than satisfied. Unfortunately the next day my fiancé's nail polish was all but gone by the afternoon. Not chIpped but gone! She has never had this happen and we were shocked for what I had paid. We reached out via fb pm to the salon who almost immediately responded with utmost apology and offer for us to come in at our convenience to have her nails redone. We were heading home out of the area and they told us to come in anytime. We returned today when Helaina took her time to re-do both fingernail and toenail polish. She was so apologetic and had realized after we had called that the base coat she had originally used had been bad. We hope 2nd time is the charm because Lisa's nails look great and we really enjoyed discovering this off the beaten path, elegant, very busy full service gem of a salon full of friendly professionals to be pampered at. read more

I highly recommend Helaina and Clarice for hair cuts. I always leave this place happy with my hair. Next time I hope to get my nails done. I've seen others with nails done by Clarice that are just beautiful. She is an artist! read more

Excellent customer service such a clean and spacious. My nail tech was super nice and paid attention to details not one time did she hurt any of my fingers. They do not glue tips on and rush through the process everything was opened up in front of me all new and clean and I got exactly what I asked for. The price was in my budget I paid 50 for a set of good long lasting set I even gave a tip which I normally would not do. IAM. Very happy customer and will be returning. No more chop shops! read more

I feel terrible for leaving this review but someone has to say it! I came from out of town for a wedding and was looking forward to getting a simple blow dry. I called the salon and was booking an appointment for two people which was my mom and I. We both wanted straight blowdries. Our appointment time was at 1 pm so we went in. I was greeted by the receptionist who turned out to be the one who was going to "blow dry" my hair. I'm not sure if the person who took care of me had any HAIR STYLING experience because of the way she did my hair. She washed my hair and sat me down to "dry" my hair...she parted my hair as it should be done when blow drying...then she started brushing the parts and just HELD the dryer on my scalp which caused it to BURN. She did that with the rest of the parts and asked me if any of the pieces were still wet...she literally held the blow dryer on my head and brushed my hair with her fingers. Last I checked in order to achieve a straight hair blow dry you're supposed to use a barrel brush and dry the hair as the brush is on it not comb the hair with your fingers and call it a blow dry!!! When I went to pay I gave $40 and asked for change back from the total which was $28...she laughed at that. I was nice and left her a $5 tip for the washing part and she laughed at that as well. My mom noticed how inexperienced the "stylist" was. I walked out with puffy frizzy hair instead of a nice sleek straight hair. Why would a receptionist with no experience offer to do hair? I'm appalled. I'm only leaving one star because the shampoo smelled good. read more

She takes her time but isn't slow and checks in to make sure it's turning out how I want. She also doesn't pressure you to talk, but engages in conversations. read more

If you want to get your nails/hair/ pretty much anything done by nice people then i wouldn't recommend going to this salon at all. The costumer service was trash. i walked in to get my nails done and i was told i had to make an appointment which wasn't that bad because i know you have to make an appointment for any salon. but then i called in to make my appointment and the lady on the phone said that she couldn't help me and she told me to go to a different salon. after that she rudely hung up and i wasn't even able to make my appointment. i don't recommend going to this salon just save your time and money and NEVER consider going here. read more

This salon took advantage of my 17 year old daughter!! An employee named lisa destroyed her hair and charged her $200!! Her hair had cheetah spots and stripes! The woman still had the audacity to charge her $200!! Unheard of for the length of my daughters hair and the horrible quality of her hairdresser skills! My daughters hair is also fried!! This salon is terrible!! I wish I could give them a minus 5 star and post a pic of my daughters poor destroyed hair!!!! Horrible people! read more

I can't even begin to say how lucky I was to find this place. My make-up and hair people canceled the week before my wedding. I scrambled to find someone to replace them. Boy did I luck out!! I was so scared about who would do my hair or what it might look like. I spoke with Julie at the Salon and she was so nice and helpful. She immediately eased my stress and anxiety. I sent her a couple ideas and she was happy to help. I was so impressed with how accommodating and happy everyone was to help. Kristen did both my makeup(bride) and my maid of honors make up. And Julie did both bride and maid of honor hair. Everyone commented on how amazing our make up was and how great our hair came out. This place will not disappoint! read more
