I booked a color and cut for myself, as well as a cut for my 11 year old daughter. Whereas staff were very professional and kind, I did not receive the result I had requested. My beautician was Dawn, and I specifically requested the color I wanted. I showed her photos and everything. What I got was black hair when I requested red. Big difference. When she finally cut my hair it took a total of 2 minutes and was also not the result I had wanted. Dawn knew I was upset, and even acknowledged my frustration. However, she was out of the salon even before I could leave a tip. (I am not an animal, I still leave tips even for bad service. At least 15%) The best part was when I went up to pay. I was charged an additional $20 for a "comb through". While I haven't a clue what this is, I was still perplexed and inquired about it. I was told it was like a toner. This was crazy, as I had asked Dawn if I would need a toner and she told me no. I attempted to argue this point when paying, to no avail. I would not return to this salon. Horrible results and shady practices. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my daughter was satisfied with her cut. She isn't the one paying, though.

Everyone was very friendly and kind, and I was even able to book a last-minute appointment to have my eyebrows done, which I appreciated. However, the cost of the nail services is insanely high compared to nearby salons. I paid $92 for a simple solid blue color, and my nails started chipping just four days later. About a week later, one nail actually began peeling off, so I called and gave them the opportunity to fix it. I also mentioned fixing my eyebrows, as they were not shaped and I was never given a mirror to see the final result. I was scheduled to come back two weeks later (keeping in mind that I called only one week after the chipping started). I asked if I would be charged for the chipped nails and was told yes, because I was outside of their "two-week window" -- even though I had already called a week earlier. At that point, I was going to be charged around $45 just to fix the chips, which is nearly the cost of a new set elsewhere. I ultimately canceled my appointment, especially since I was never informed during my initial call that I would be charged to fix the chipped nails

Service Quality - My highlights came out yellow/orange and uneven, without proper toning or blending. The stylist also did not provide the blowout that was part of the service, and I was sent home with wet hair. 2. Follow-Up Visit - I had to return the next day just to receive a toner, yet again I left with wet hair. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service. 3. Customer Care - When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist "shouldn't have taken me because she stayed late." This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling undervalued as a customer, despite the significant amount of money and time spent. Beth took the time to discuss what I wanted to do before my first appointment. I sent her pictures and ideas and we went over options. When I got there, I felt really comfortable, and Beth was completely genuine and friendly which is a big deal when you are with someone for long periods of time. Not only did I love the color she gave me, but I loved her and her partner. I got a really good vibe there.
