Everyone who comes to my house and sits on the sofa doesn't want to get up! It's so comfortable but also an incredibly solid piece of furniture that I feel comfortable will last for ages. It's made of leather and comes fully assembled made in the USA. Cost: $2K! So we were not biting. I thought it would be 500.00 before the salesman told us. That's 2K plus tax and freight. Yikes! Ultimately, the hassle with my damaged car became too much during a stressful time. This driver (may have) caused cosmetic damage that would need over ~$1,000 in professional repairs. Regarding the couch, it really isn't holding up well even though pets don't use it, we are considered light weight people, and we do our best to keep it nice. The pullout bed mechanism was either installed wrong, or there is a flaw that makes folding it back in feel pretty dangerous. So that feature (which was the whole reason we bought it) is basically unusable. With that mechanism being suspicious, we can't even give this thing away for free. If you want an expensive, cheap couch... shop at Joybird. The people at headquarters were helpful to an extent, but couldn't really help all that much. The in-store team is awesome, but can't really help with the issues going on.

We purchased a couch from this company that was delivered three weeks ago that believed would be…read moregreat addition to our family room. Upon arrival the couch sections did not align, no matter the configuration- off by inches on three of the three pieces. Following normal use for a single week the couch began to sink, heavily. There's a major dip of the larger piece where we can not sit comfortably. We wrote the company after holiday travel about our issues not wanting to return, but simply to replace the pieces to the defected couch and they refuse to do so. All and all we purchased what we thought to be a new, unused, quality couch for a premium price of a little over $2000. I would be extremely weary of ordering from this company and wish that I would have read reviews sooner on their business practices and low quality products.

The sales staff confirmed that is indeed hair and she was very helpful to fix this issue. She ordered a replacement for it but the replacement also came with hair in it. Eventually, she got me connected with a product manager to discuss the problem and he was very rude. When he basically told me that I am wrong, I mentioned how the sale staff confirmed that this is in fact a piece of hair but he started to talk over me and told me not to trust the sale staff. He explained how that is not hair and it's a piece black fiber in a aggressive tone. It seriously looks like a piece of pubic hair. When I asked him if this isn't hair, then is it a part of the design. The answer was maybe and it happens. To sum it all, this $500 chair comes with pubic hair or " black fiber" baked into the chair. Consider before the purchase.

Melrose is home to artist's, pop up…read morevendors, boutique shops, high-end sneakers, new and unique finds and also a great spot for people watching. Heat Machine is free and open Sunday, 8am-6pm. This hidden gem is located in a parking lot across from the iconic Melrose Trading Post between the streets of Ogden Dr and Genesee Ave. This artistic vendor space has over 30 unique vendors spaces that sell vintage clothing, custom items, hand made goods, and boutique local startups just to name a few. The prices are comparable to similar vendors on Melrose Ave. On Sunday, the area starts to get busy after 2pm. Get there early for first looks, good finds, and less people. At 5pm, the Melrose Trading Post closes and this area gets very busy with heavy foot traffic from across the street. Street parking only! Melrose has paid meters. The neighborhoods are free but have parking restrictions and most have a 2hr time limit. Pay attention to the signs. As of this review, the current cost for vendors is $50 for a 10x10 tent setup. It's the perfect spot for any small start-up business that's looking for affordable rates. If you are visiting the area, stop by this artist vendor community. It's a fun spot with good vibes. You might just find that unique gift you were looking for.
