Update: This is my final communication regarding this matter. I refuse to engage in further back-and-forth correspondence to relive what was a deeply awful experience. My appointment was supposed to be a standard consultation and haircut. Instead, I was squeezed between two chemical appointments. Scheduling is the responsibility of the stylist and salon management, not the client. As a first-time customer, I expected a pleasant and professional experience. If there is any lesson to be learned here for both parties, it is that you must allocate sufficient time for new clients so they can leave your shop with a positive outcome. Ultimately, the photos speak for themselves: it was a bad haircut. Despite being handled by three different people, I feel like I am still being blamed for the result. I could not be happier with my results that I am. Went in with shoulder length hair and ask for a pixie. Suki was my stylist and she did a magnificent job. I showed har a couple pics of what I wanted and she was spot on with the cut. This will be my new salon after relocating from Pinellas County and needing some long needed hair attention. This is my experience with Studio 7 hair salon- I went for my first appointment and loved the results on my hair - I went in want color - highlights cut and blowout I knew it would be pricey but I loved the finish result and left a great review- should mention when I scheduled my 2nd appointment the stylist let me know how much my appointment would be- I thought that was a little strange but it was all good! So I'm at my second appointment and she asked me what I was having done and it was a later appointment and I thought we were finishing what we started mean highlights- so she said we can do your roots and next appointment we can do highlights- so she did my roots nothing else not haircut no pulling color through just my roots and she started to blow dry my hair didn't do it completely it was wet when I left the salon- so time to pay and make next appointment she said it would be 185.00 dollars and it wasn't the price she had said from 1st appointment- So I payed it plus tipped her 50.00 I did feel good about the 185.00 for just my roots - when I got home I texted her about the price for just doing my roots she didn't have much to say except she used 5oz of color for my roots- a box of any kind of color that you can buy at stores is 5oz of color one box- she did tell me we can set up a price that we would both be happy with and that she would deal with her boss- then canceled my next appointment- not that that mattered much because I already felt taken advantage of- I don't think treating your customers that way is right- it's 100 percent greed and maybe some people do not mind that but I certainly don't have extra money not to notice! I was going to another salon/lady for over a year and I NEVER got the color I asked for. I was about to give up my goal of white/silver hair when my fiancé's mom recommended me to her lady - Liberty! I was hesitant at first because I had been going to the same person for so long but I figured I'd try her out and see how it goes. Thank goodness I did! I booked a consultation with Liberty online (super easy!) and we discussed my goal and she made sure to cover all the details with me. I booked my official appointment for a month later (due to her being booked) and even after I came in she double checked with me on everything I had asked during the consultation which shows she was really listening. Please do not go here! I wanted to leave because "Emily was so rude and chopping my hair to pieces! I couldn't take her rudeness and 2 people were not wearing masks. I stood up and took off the wrap gown and said I didn't want her to cut my hair anymore! I did say a curse word and I wasn't to bad! They yelled "she's cursing call the police!" Every employee ran and said you still have to pay for a cut !" They surrounded me and yanked my credit card out of my hand! I said you can't take my card! They surrounded me and they stood by the door ! She yanked the credit card out of my hand and I said "you just take my card and charge me!" She said "too bad!" And hurried up and put my card through the credit card machine! I took it back and I said that is stealing and services not rendered and I didn't sign it! She said "to bad it is already charged " I said services not rendered! I hurried and left the place. I called my credit card company and they charged me and even gave herself a large tip! This was horrible! I called the police and they went over and I told him that they will all lie! I swore on my daughter's life and my grandkids I wasn't lie. He said he believed me and to take them to small claims court and to call my credit card! That's what I did again and found out Emily gave herself av$10 tip! Also 2 other women who worked there started taking pictures of me with their cell phones and I told them that they didn't have permission to take my picture unless I gave them permission ( it is against the law) They were all up in my face stating they had to take it because they had to prove I got a haircut! They did so many things against the law instead of letting me walk out! read more

I had a haircut and dye yesterday with Amber (very very nice girl) but I asked for a medium natural brown color , I think I got dark brown. I went straight home , kept smelling hair dye I looked in a mirror at the back of my short hair still had all kinds of dye in it, it was not completely washed out . I looked at the collar of my shirt brown stains from the back of my hair rubbing on it on my shirt ,used a dish towel to wipe my hair covered with brown dye. The cost 90.00 plus tip . I think I need some of my money reimbursed. Will call Tuesday to see about this. read more
